Chapter 51 - Chapter 51 – Bluefire Creates a Continent

Yulan Calendar, Year 9723, New Year's Day.

A great upheaval spread across the entire Yulan continent.

The Radiant Church was annihilated. The God-level expert Sadius, in alliance with the Magical Beast Mountain Range and the former Holy Alliance territories, rebuilt the Pouant Empire that had been destroyed five thousand years ago.

Some speculated about the relationship between Sadius and the Pouant Empire.

But none of that really mattered.

That same year, within the Sunset Mountains, another God-level expert appeared, leading the beasts of the Sunset Mountains to launch an offensive against the Dark Alliance.

The Pouant Empire and the Sunset Mountains simultaneously carved up all the human territories west of the Magical Beast Mountain Range.

Meanwhile, the remnants of the Radiant Church's forces and the Dark Church were forced into the chaotic region, struggling to survive.

The Dark Church fared slightly better since they at least still had a few Saints holding the fort.

But the Radiant Church was utterly miserable.

Not even a single ninth-ranked expert remained, making it impossible to gain a foothold within the Anarchic Lands.

From that moment on, the balance of power within the Yulan continent completely shifted.

Soon after, another major event shocked all of the continent's experts.

Some Saints saw, deep within the South Seas, a God-level expert actually stirring the undersea volcanoes. One after another, islands were born out of nothingness.

When Sadius heard of this, he immediately rushed toward the South Seas.

He didn't even have to guess—he already knew.

This was Leylin, rebuilding an entirely new continent.

Leylin's homeland had long ago sunk beneath the seas.

This was why he'd rather stay in the Planar Prison than live on the Yulan continent.

The Yulan continent belonged to Beirut, and Leylin refused to live under another's rule.

But now, he had gained the power to create an entire continent. He was determined to rebuild his homeland.

Sadius flew toward the South Seas.

By now, many others had already gathered there—both God-level and peak Saint-level experts of the Yulan continent.

"Sadius, sir."

Right after Sadius arrived, Dylin also reached the South Seas.

The others turned to look at the two of them.

For many, this was the first time seeing these two newly emerged God-level experts.

Well… everyone except one person.

Hiding behind his teacher, the War God, was Fain—his expression as sour as if he'd swallowed dung.

Sadius naturally noticed Fain.

"War God, you've taught quite the fine disciple!"

The War God, knowing full well that his disciple was in the wrong, could only apologize on Fain's behalf.

"Hmph. I'm a God-level expert; I won't stoop to strike at a mere Saint. Back when I was just an ordinary Saint, your disciple couldn't defeat me and immediately conceded. With a mentality like his, even if he trained for billions of years, he'd never become a God."

Behind the War God, Fain clenched his fists tightly.

The last time, if not for his teacher's voice transmission telling him to yield, would he have conceded so easily?

Inwardly, Fain swore an oath—this time, when he entered the Necropolis of the Gods, he would definitely reach the eleventh floor.

As long as he obtained a Divine Spark, he could become a God! By then, he would surely fight Sadius again and wash away his shame.

Sadius ignored the War God and his disciple.

Instead, his eyes fell upon a black-clad middle-aged man.

This man's aura was clearly at the Saint-level peak, and he cultivated the Laws of Darkness.

Sadius immediately realized who he was.

This should be Cesar, who, in the original timeline, would become a God three hundred years later.

Sadius waved his hand.

Seeing that this powerful stranger seemed to be summoning him, Cesar immediately flew over.

"Lord Sadius."

Of course Cesar had heard of this God-level expert—just ten years ago, he'd merely been a Saint-level magical beast, yet upon reappearing, he'd already ascended to Divinity.

"What's your name?"

"Replying to my lord, I am called Cesar."

Sadius nodded. It seemed he hadn't misidentified him.

"Cesar, are you interested in joining my Pouant Empire?"

"My lord, I'm used to being a free spirit, I fear…" Cesar gave a sheepish smile.

"I was actually thinking—if you joined the Pouant Empire, I'd guarantee that you would become a God within three hundred years. But if you're unwilling, then forget it."

The surrounding experts all turned their heads in astonishment.

Was becoming a God really that easy?

Fain was especially scornful. A mere lower God daring to promise that someone could become a God within three hundred years?

His own teacher, the War God, had taken thousands of years to become divine and still wouldn't dare speak such bold words.

Cesar was equally stunned by Sadius' casual declaration.

"My lord, surely you jest?"

"Do you think a God-level expert would bother joking with a Saint?"

Hearing this, Cesar immediately grew solemn.

"My lord, Cesar is willing to follow you!"

A faint smile curved Sadius' lips. Another future God-level expert secured.

Even if Cesar didn't break through as he did in the original timeline, Sadius still had spare Divine Sparks in his possession.

He could make any Saint into a God if he so desired.

With that little interlude resolved, everyone turned their gaze back toward Leylin, who was in the midst of creating land.

Leylin's methods were utterly shocking. He directly stirred the seabed volcanoes, causing countless eruptions.

Immediately afterward, the elements of Heaven and Earth quaked violently, forming terrifying tidal waves that spread out from the South Seas in all directions—even the Yulan continent itself was affected.

The entire ocean boiled under the God-level divine power of Leylin. Geysers of magma shot skyward, even twisting the very fabric of space.

"This level of power… I fear even Lord Beirut would have difficulty doing this," the War God muttered, eyes burning with fervor.

He himself was a God of the Laws of Fire—though he had only become divine through refining a spark, he could still sense the terrifying profundity within Leylin's continent-creating feat.

Sadius only gave a cold laugh.

Was it really hard for a Sovereign to create a continent?

The entire Necropolis of the Gods had been created by Beirut.

A bunch of fools, comparing a Highgod to a Sovereign.

Just then, Beirut himself flew over, and all the gathered experts bowed respectfully.

"This Leylin truly has a grand hand," Beirut said lightly. "Even I probably couldn't create a continent quite like this."

Sadius was speechless. Keep pretending…

"Lord Beirut, you cultivate the Laws of Darkness and Wind. Perhaps you aren't as fast as Lord Linley when creating land, but if you wanted to sink a continent, wouldn't it just take a single strike?" Sadius chuckled, offering a bit of flattery.

"You rascal. Just focus on watching Leylin's continent creation. Next, he's about to use his earth-element divine clone. Hopefully, you can gain some insight from it."

Everyone continued watching Leylin's work from afar.

They saw an enormous landmass take shape, though at first it was nothing but bare volcanic rock.

Then Leylin invoked the power of earth, transforming rock into soil, then guiding undersea silt to flow back and enrich the land.

But Leylin still felt the pace of continent-building was too slow.

Then, before everyone's eyes, his earth-element divine clone separated from his main body.

As the divine clone's power surged, the earth-elemental energy he'd accumulated over countless years all erupted at once.

Before their eyes, endless soil formed, mountains and rivers took shape.

Leylin's creation of the continent was finally complete.

And then, slowly, green vegetation began sprouting across the new landmass.

That wasn't something Leylin had created himself.

Even God-level experts didn't have the ability to simply create life at will.

Rather, it was the Vitality Profound Mysteries within the Laws of Earth. They couldn't create life, but they could nurture and accelerate growth.

Sadius stood there, momentarily stunned.

He was the only one present who truly gained insight from this.

Previously, when watching the battle between Beirut and Leylin, he had already comprehended the entry-level mysteries of the Laws of Earth.

Now, his understanding of the Laws of Earth had deepened significantly.

Moreover, he even found a faint resonance between the Vitality Profound Mysteries and the Profound Mysteries of the Earth Element itself.

Seeing this, Beirut couldn't help but nod slightly.

At this rate, it wouldn't be long before Sadius also became a God of the Laws of Earth.
