Alaster struggled violently against the golden chains wrapped around his arms, chest, and legs. His blood-red aura repeatedly exploded from his body while the chains shook under his terrifying strength. Every movement caused the glowing symbols covering them to flicker, but the chains continued tightening around him and pulled his arms farther apart.
Emperor Caelus tightened his grip and shouted after seeing Alaster's desperate struggle.
"Stop struggling, Alaster."
"These are the chains that can bind an Ascension Realm expert. Today will be your end."
"Shut up!"
Alaster roared.
BOOM!
His blood-red aura exploded again, and several chains were violently pushed outward. The ground beneath his feet shattered while his muscles tightened as he tried to tear the restraints apart with brute force.
Before he could gather enough strength, Emperor Aldric and Queen Ophelia attacked together.
A heavy amount of light and snow descended from above.
