The fog was still there. It had not completely lifted.
Far on the opposite side of the city wall, deep within the corrupted mob, three black-robed figures stood still. They had not moved or attacked.
They were simply watching.One of them raised a hand, and the fog pulsed again.Ethan turned toward them.
If eyes could cut,Ethan might have already cut them into pieces.
"This is just the beginning," he said quietly.
Then he dismounted and ran straight back into battle.
On the other side, the evil priests did not share that calm. Their faces twisted with fury. Kai, the highest-ranking among them, looked toward Loan. His voice was sharp and filled with contempt.
"Loan…Have you prepared the puppet?"
"Yes I am done..Good..Now go and Crush these fools."
"Don't let them ruin our sacrifice."
Loan's eyes twitched with wickedness
He leaped forward and following his movement another figure moved.
"Let's go, my clone.We will enjoy wreaking havoc on the battlefield.Hahahah!"
