After seeing his son left, Su Qing didn't move to the back of the car, but sat on the passenger seat.
Jiang Sui parked the car and got out to fasten Su Qing's seatbelt.
"I can do it myself."
Su Qing held Jiang Sui's hand as he stood up. The seatbelt was right next to her, so she could easily fasten it herself. Why would Jiang Sui need to get out of the car again?
Jiang Sui pursed his lips as he watched Su Qing fasten her seatbelt. He then got out of the car and, under Su Qing's watchful eyes, unbuckled Su Qing's already fastened seatbelt, then fastened it again.
Su Qing's eyes froze for a moment, then two dimples appeared on her cheeks, and a charming smile blossomed.
"Qing Qing, you won't even let me fasten your seatbelt. Are you trying to give me the cold shoulder?"
After fastening her seatbelt, Jiang Sui moved directly in front of Su Qing.
His face was as white as jade, and the years of maturity and composure hadn't left any trace on it. Because of their son, the two of them rarely got close.
Seeing Jiang Sui's jealous look in front of her, Su Qing felt a pang of emotion and nudged Jiang Sui.
"What nonsense are you talking about? You're jealous of your son."
"He's also of the opposite sex."
Su Qing felt somewhat helpless as she leaned over to Jiang Sui's face and placed a kiss.
Jiang Sui, not satisfied at all, pinched Su Qing's wrist, ready to give her a deep kiss, but Su Qing dodged.
"Ah Sui, we still at the school gate."
Su Qing lowered her head, her blush captivating.
Jiang Sui's eyes darkened slightly. He gently bit the corner of Su Qing's lips as a sign of punishment, then stood up, walked around the front of the car, and drove off.
As the car started, Su Qing gradually realized that this was not the way home.
Neither was it the way to Jiang Sui's company.
"Ah Sui, where are we going?"
Su Qing's eyes were filled with confusion.
"To a hotel."
"A couple's hotel."
Su Qing's cheeks flushed. She had never been to a couple's hotel before, but she was an adult after all. She had heard Liu Ranran talk about it, and now she heard Jiang Sui was going.
"What are we going there for, in broad daylight?"
Su Qing's heart was pounding as she finished this sentence, and she blushed so much she didn't dare to look down.
Jiang Sui caught Su Qing's shyness from the corner of his eye.
He'd seen a lot of young couples online going to places like that.
"Qing Qing, I missed you."
Even though Jiang Sui was still driving, his deep voice filled the car with a constant air of ambiguity.
Su Qing pinched her fingertips.
Because Jiang Qin was always around, the two of them rarely got to be intimate, especially when Jiang Qin was around. Su Qing always felt uncomfortable, so the occasional moments when Mei Yeqin took Jiang Qin away to take care of him was the only times they could have some time alone.
But both Su Qing and Mei Yeqin were doctors, and they had little time for each other.
And Su Qing was always busy with work.
Ignoring Jiang Sui.
Su Qing pursed her lips, at a loss for words. She watched the bright sunlight stream through the car window, then suddenly dissipate and enter the parking lot.
Jiang Sui had clearly come to scout the area. He'd already asked his secretary to book a hotel, but inside the underground parking lot, he lifted Su Qing into his arms and pressed the elevator.
In the cramped space, Su Qing could only sense the heat around her.
"Put me down, I'm such a grown person."
"Ah Sui, it's still daytime. Let's wait until next time, at night..."
