Chapter 6 - Chapter 2.6: About the Afterlife and the Judgement of a Soul.

When the four creator gods created Ohotu, they made the mortal heaven, the divine heaven, the mortal hell and the divine hell.

Throughout a mortal's life, their actions, deeds and moral code decides the brightness of their soul.

A mortal soul's brightness is essential for their judgement after death.

Their brightness is calculated in percentages, 100% brightness being the best, 0% brightness being the worst you can be.

Of course, a mortal's mental state is also being taken into account.

For example, if a mortal becomes hateful, but rather than doing it out of evil they do it as a result of trauma, their actions will be forgiven if they're truly sorry.

The four things that will never be forgiven are murder, rape, pedophilia and disloyalty.

If a mortal soul has 25% brightness or below, their soul will go to the mortal hell, where they will go through the evil they did until they realize their mistakes.

Once they do that, their soul will leave hell and they will reincarnate.

After reincarnation, they will keep their memories, and they will have to atone for the sins of their previous life.

Reincarnation will always happen exactly 100 divine years in the future.

If a mortal soul has 26-50% brightness, their soul will reincarnate to get another shot at life and to be better.

If a mortal soul has 51% brightness or above, their soul will go to the mortal heaven, where they will remain until Ohotu either gets destroyed, or ceases to exist.

If Ohotu ceases to exist somehow, the souls that live inside it will be brought to another dimension, where they will remain forever, as that dimension is inaccessible by living beings.

That dimension is truly infinite, and it takes in the dead from every destroyed or faded realities that have ever existed.

That dimension is like the dream world, seen differently by every soul in it.

Unlike the dream world, that dimension judges based off the brightness of a soul.

It follows the same rules as the heavens and the hells.

The dimension will show the soul a permanent illusion of either their perfect and ideal life if their soul has 51% brightness of above, or they will make the soul the victim of their own sins if their soul is 25% brightness or below.

When they eventually realize their mistakes, instead of reincarnating at 26% brightness, they will have to face the souls of the people they wronged, and earn their forgiveness.

Should they earn their forgiveness, their souls brightness will be raised to 51%, and they will get their perfect life, forever.
