She quickly then also adds with an exaggerated tired tone, says, "But honestly, I would have liked some things to have been left behind in that place." A gentle laughter echoes through with all of them. Emma moves with her wheel chair closer to John's side and holds his hand and looks up at him with a smile. He, initially surprised by the gesture, quickly sends a warm smile back. Emma then also says, "Yeah, I am glad too that nothing changed." She looks down at the ground for a moment, then looks up and looks at Saif and says, "And I am glad that you are back Captain."
Sally then walks into the conversation, like a child who doesn't want to be left out with a pout and says, "I am glad he is back too you know." Her pout quickly fades and she looks warmly at Saif and with a hint of sadness in her voice she says, "I was really worried that us abandoning you was the wrong call and might have ruined you." She then regains determination in her voice and adds, "But I always held hope and knew you would always bounce back Saif!"
The one who speaks after her was Oliver and he adds, "You can say that again. I am glad that you were okay Saif." And then Levi, with her quiet voice, yet everyone is able to hear her clearly and with their full attention as she speaks and she says, "I am really glad your back Saif. I am not good with these warm stuff, but I feel safer when you are around in these kinds of things." She quickly adds in a slight panic, "Not saying I just want you with us for just these kinds of things, but you know… I like you being around of course, but I know things are better when you are around because you know what to do and all and… ." She then stops herself, feeling sad that she might have messed things up and had been misunderstood. Leo was the one who spoke first after her and said, "Don't worry Levi, we all know you meant that you like him here because he knows best how to handle these things. Not that you only want him here because of it, but not only will you feel sad if he broke, but also unsafe, which shows…-" He was then cut off by John who said in a taunting manner, "We already all got that mister video essay." Leo, about to fire back was quickly stopped in his tracks by a glare from Victoria. John, smiling triumphantly, also receives a glare which sends a shiver down his spine and removes his victorious smile off his face.
Levi then quickly lets out a sigh of relief and the tension in her body fades as she realises she was understood.
Saif laughs warmly after hearing all their warm and genuine loving words and all the concern they had for him. He then says warmly and delightedly, "Thank you guys, and I am happy to be back." He quickly adds, "I love you guys so much. I need a group hug." It was like he pushed a button with how quickly everyone huddled up in a group hug. All of them felt warm and familiar in the circle they have made with each other. It always really felt like everything was gonna be okay when they did this. And it still felt like arms that had been lost in Purgatory were still wrapped around them. Arms of the ones they lost to that place. Saif pulls his head up and sees both Miss Abigail and Charlotte aren't in the group hug and he calls out for them, "What are you doing just standing there. Come here!" Miss Abigail then said, "My my, how could we ever refuse." She pauses then adds, "And I am glad to see that you still don't leave anyone behind. You still hold your spirit Saif. I am glad." Charlotte runs up to the group hug and says before impacting into it, "Get ready because here I come big bro! Take this as my warm gratitude that you are okay! All in my big bear hug!" Miss Abigail soon follows and gently also joins in with a gentle embrace.
After a while of everyone still in each other embrace, a bit of time passes more than they realise, and noise that sounds like it's coming from a two-way radio (walkie talkie) crackles loudly and Ethon quickly tires to pick it up and silence it, but it's a bit difficult as he is one of the people in the middle. He quickly and hastily silences it. He looks around and finds everyone looking at him, some with grumpy faces waiting for an answer to why their hug time was interrupted. He looks nervous due to their eyes basically burning through him from all directions now and says, "Oh, my bad guys." His nervousness grows as he feels their eyes getting redder and quickly adds, "Wait wait, hold on, it's not my fault, it's just that they were trying to ask me how much longer is this going to take is all." He quickly realized how insensitive that sounded and quickly looked at Saif and said, "No, I didn't mean it like that. It's okay that you took this long, Saif. No, that doesn't sound good either. AHHH! I am sorry, I meant it more like if we needed back up or something or if the people outside are getting impatient or..." He cuts himself off and lowers his head in defeat, "I am making it worse aren't I." Everyone bursts out laughing at how unfortunate those words came out. Isaac was next and he added, "Well, not like he didn't take his sweet time with it." That comment added even more to the ongoing laughter, and mended any bad taste left behind. Isaac, a bit serious but with a lot of warmth says, "But I am glad you are back Saif. Now, let's finish this alright." Isaac tries to fish his hand out from the hug and then after struggling slightly manages to get it out, then offers Saif a fist bump. Saif, giving Isaac his signature determined face with the single arched eyebrow and only one side of his mouth smiling, he fist bumps him back and says, "Yeah, let's finish this."
Suddenly, Victoria also adds her fist too and says, "Yeah, you got this." Sally was quick moving and was the next one to add her fist and said, "Hell yeah you do!" John was up next and he added his fist too and said, "Hey, for all the marbles." Emma was next and she put her fist in too and said, "Show us what you got captain." Ethon was up next and he added his fist too and said, "I know you got this Saif." Leo was up next and he also added his fist and added, "Yeah man! No backing down now!" Levi was next to add her fist while on her toes and said, "Yeah! Purgatory won't see what's coming!" Oliver was up next and added his fist to the pile and said, "Yeah man, you 100% got this!" Charlotte stretches her arm to be able to also put her fist in too and says, "Hey, don't think I am not rooting for you too!" Miss Abigail was the final one and when she adds her fist she said, "You are strong Saif, remember that when you step inside again."
