Before Sotor can even think of something else to do, he finds himself looking at the ceiling of Rapture, with Sally hovering over him and someone else he recognizes.
"Sister, what are you doing here, and Sally, are you okay, and what about that other little sister, and how about Tenenbaum is she okay" Sotor says, standing up, and looking around.
Only to find Tenenbaums, nowhere to be found, and that the little sister is asleep on Nyarlathotep's back, with a tonic sitting on the table, next to the console, where he needs to put the keycard.
"Um, where's Tenenbaum, and what's with the tonic, and how's the kid sister" Sotor asks.
"The kids are fine brother, Tenenbaum had to go handle stuff, the tonic is a cure for the sisters, and I'm here to take care of the sisters, in your eldritch mind dimension" Nyarlathotep explains.
"Okay, good, let me see what this tonic will do" Sotor says, picking it up, and uses absorption on it.
The cure tonic: Once absorbed, you will gain the power to take the Adam slug out of the little sistersby absorbing it into yourself, gaining a new organ surrounding your heart.
With it surrounding a small part at first, until you use this power to take another little sister's slug, making it grow to cover more, until your whole heart is covered.
With each slug that surrounds your heart, the more Adam that will be created in your heart due to the slugs.
To use the cure, you first have to find a little sister, kill the big daddy that's with them, and then get them to trust you, to allow you to cure them.
This tonic differs from other tonics you've absorbed in that you can't use absorption on it, you actually need to inject this tonic directly into your heart.
There are three downsides to the cure, the first downside, is that you will feel the pain of your blood warping and changing after you absorb an Adam slug, making it start to glow through 6our skin
The second downside, is that when you inject yourself with the cure, you will feel the pain of the cure becoming one with your blood, and your plasmids and tonics, becoming more ingrained in your very being.
The last downside is that your blood will take on a yellowish color, mixed in with your already black, red, and gold-colored blood.
"Hey sis, do you have a syringe I can use" Sotor asks, looking over at her, only to see she's already holding one out.
"Hold on to that, let me take off my longcoat, Gauntlets, and shirt" Sotor says, placing the tonic down and doing what he said.
As soon as he does that, he grabs the syringe, and the tonic, and stabs the tonic with the needle of the syringe, and then pulls the plunger back, making the tonic go into the barrel.
"Okay, here goes nothing" Sotor says, stabbing himself directly in the heart with the needle and pushing the plunger down.
As he does that, he starts to scream in pain, making Sally start to run over to him, but she gets stopped by Nyarlathotep.
"Stay back, it's his blood becoming one with the cure, and his plasmids and tonics, becoming more ingrained into his very being" Nyarlathotep says, making Sally look on in worry.
Once the syringe is empty, he takes it out of his chest and throws it to the side while still screaming in pain.
Falling to his hands and knees, he starts to throw up black, red, and golden blood, staining the floor with his blood.
After a few minutes, his blood gains a yellowish color, and he stops throwing up and stops screaming in pain.
"Gods that sucked" Sotor says, standing up while using a void spell to get rid of the blood, on the floor, and himself.
"You okay, Brother" Nyarlathotep asks, "Yes, I'm fine now" Sotor says, "good" Nyarlathotep says, letting go of Sally, making her run over to him, and hug his leg.
"You okay, I was worried, you were going to leave me" Sally says, "Oh child, I would never leave you" Sotor says, getting on his knees, and hugging her to his chest.
"You promise" Sally asks, looking up at him, "I promise kid, I will never leave you, but I can't kill splicers, and save little sister, while protecting you" Sotor says.
"I know, is that why big sis Nyarlathotep is here" Sally asks, "Yes, child, she's going to take you, and the little sisters I rescue, to some place safe, but first lets get that Adam slug out of you" Sotor says, pulling away from her, and placing his hand on her stomach.
Activating the cure, the slug in her stomach, starts to glow, making it grow through her skin.
Once he sees that, he slowly pulls his hand away from her stomach, making the slug slowly appear from her stomach, making her giggle.
"Stop, that tickles" Sally says, "It's almost out" Sotor says, continuing to pull out the slug, until finally the slug is out of her fully.
As soon as the slug is out, it turns to yellow blood, which enters into his chest, directly into his heart.
As soon as it does that, a sharp pain goes through his heart, then through his whole body, as he watches his veins, and blood slowly start to glow, through his skin.
As the pain goes through his body, he walks over to Nyarlathotep, and does the same thing, to the little sister on her back.
As soon as he does that, the pain increases tenfold, making him scream out in pain.
After a few more minutes, the pain vanishes, and he stops screaming.
"Ow, that hurt" Sotor says, and looks at his body, seeing his veins and blood are fully visible, glowing black, red, golden, and yellow.
"Hey sis, is my face glowing" Sotor asks, "No, just everything below your neck" Nyarlathotep says.
"okay good" Sotor says, and walks over to Sally, getting on his knees in front of her.
"Now Sally, it's time for you to go somewhere safe, be good for Nyarlathotep for me okay" Sotor says, "I will Sotor" Sally says, walking over to Nyarlathotep, and grabbing her hand.
Snapping his fingers, a portal appears in front of them, and they walk through it, with Sally waving goodbye.
Once they're through, the portal closes behind them, and a quest screen appears.
Children cometh quest complete
In the city of Rapture, there are children infected by a worm that is born under water, find each one of them and take the worm out, but to do that, you first have to find the women who made them what they are.
Reward the cure, and one random gacha spin.

Niffler/honey badger/ape familiar: a hybrid between a honey badger, an ape, and a Niffler, with each part giving it certain powers.
With its honey badger half, it is afraid of nothing, has tough skin, has sharp claws, sharp teeth, and is smart enough to follow complex instructions.
With its ape half, it's strong enough to drag bodies, lift up to 2000 pounds, have a 1300 psi bite force, and climb onto walls/ceilings.
Finally, with its Niffler half, it has a sixth sense for anything shiny, or important to you, due to your familiar bond, it has a pouch that can fit many objects, and finally, it's a good digger.
"So I got a familiar, good thing I don't need to protect it" Sotor says.
The savior has come
Now that you have the cure, you need to find the 34 little sisters, who are spread across Rapture.
With each one you save, you will gain a 3 percent increase to your Adam production in your body, and with every 5 little sisters saved, you will gain a gift from the little sisters, and with every little sister, you gain a hundred Adam, to spend at gathers gardens.
Once you complete this quest, you will be immediately teleported back to the TVD multiverse, so make sure you get everything you need from this multiverse.

"Okay, good to know, now then let's get into Neptune bounty" Sotor says, putting his clothes back on, and putting the card he picked up from Steinman, into the card slot, making the gate open to Neptune bounty, and for the security alert to vanish l.
Picking up his shotgun, and turning it back into tatto form, he walks down the stairs, heads through the doorway, and into a bathosphere, and pulls a lever, making it go down.
Pulling the radio from his belt, he presses the talk button and tries to get in contact with Tenenbaum.
"Tenenbaum, come in, Tenenbaum, do you read me, Tenenbaum" Sotor says, and after a few seconds, she answers.
"I read you, Sotor, are the little sisters cured" Tenenbaum asks.
"Yes they're cured, but, they will still look like little sisters, for now, since the slug was in them for too long, but, after a year, they will look like kids again" Sotor says.
"What about the Adam in their veins" Tenenbaum asks, "the Adam will always be there, but they won't be able to reproduce anymore, I think, I'm 90 percent sure. But it's close" Sotor explains, and hears typing through the radio.
"Are you using a typewriter, right now" Sotor asks, "Yes, are they safe with your sister" Tenenbaum asks, "Yes, my sister loves children, they will be safe with her" Sotor says, and reaches Neptune bounty.
"Where are you at now" Tenenbaum asks, "Entering Neptune bounty area now, anything I should know about this area" Sotor asks.
"Well, based on what I see through the cameras, and what your sister told me about the chaos gods, you're heading into Khorne's area" Tenenbaum explains.
"Well then, let's get to work" Sotor says, stepping off the bathosphere, and going up some stairs, past a man tied spread-eagled to a wall.
"Smuggler, oh look bibles, and a cross with my brother on it, let me just, yoink those" Sotor says, continuing on past a gene bake, a circus of values, a body of a big daddy, and over a fallen sign.
Walking through a door, he sees a shadow of a splicer, walking a bit more forward, he hears, "What crawls in my garden" a female voice says.
Walking a more forward, the shadow stands up, and disappears, by jumping onto the ceiling.
Walking forward and around a corner, he finds a body, looking up he sees, a hole in the ceiling, with a shadow crawling away.
"Yeah, that's not creepy at all" Sotor says, looking at the body on the ground, and sees a first aid kit, and another Tommy gun, which he picks up and places in his inventory.
He walks through the door ahead of him and hears the female voice again.
"And days go by like wind" the voice says, which he ignores, and heads through another door, spotting a big daddy, and a little sister, walking down a ramp.
Once they're down there, they get attacked, by multiple splicers, that come down from a higher level.
"Blood for the blood god" one of them yells, "skulls for the skull throne" The rest yell, and start shooting, and running at them, with pipes, and makeshift swords.
"Shit, I've got to help them" Sotor says, 'dad you know what to do' Sotor thinks, and disappears at Mach 1, making a contained sonic boom happen.
Reappearing in front of one of the splicers, he does a series of thrusting hand attacks, to their chest, and throat.
Taking a step, he reappears in front of another one, and does multiple punches to their heart and lungs.
Disappearing again, only to reappear in front of another splicer, he summons his sword in dagger form, and stabs it into their heart, and then throws it into another one's heart.
Taking a step, he appears in front of the splicer, he threw his dagger at, and takes it out, only to disappear and reappear, in front of another splicer, and stabs them in their throat, dick, and lungs.
Disappearing again, he reappears in front of a group of 5 splicers, and turns his dagger to sword form, and does a spin cutting each of their heads off.
Spinning his sword, making the blood fly off, he desummons it, and watches as all the splicers fall to the ground dead.
Turning to the little sister, "You okay kid" Sotor asks, only for the sister to run over and hug him.
Hugging her back, he secretly uses the cure on her, making her stomach glow for a few seconds, while the slug slowly appears in his hand.
Once it fully appears in his hand, it turns to dust, and goes into his chest, making a sharp pain go through his body, but only for a second.
