Chapter 1 – "The Calm Before the Tide"
The sun dipped low, painting the coastline in gold and red hues. The sea looked calm, almost too calm for Strom's liking. He sat at the edge of the wooden dock, gently spinning the Golden Phoenix feather between his fingers—a relic from the battle at the volcano two months ago.
> Strom: "And that's how I saved her life… and she still tried to end mine."
He chuckled to himself, shaking his head. Behind him, Wraith leaned on the wooden railing, arms folded, her blue eyes locked on the horizon.
> Wraith: "That's why I don't trust anything that burns. Heat means trouble. Volcanoes? Never again. But…" [her voice softened] "…your mom saved us all."
Strom smiled faintly.
> Strom: "Speaking of moms…" [he smirked and turned toward Sam, who was chewing on an apple lazily] "…I remember someone's mom who beat him for even talking to me."
Sam's face instantly went red.
> Sam: "Oh come on, we're still on that?!"
Strom (grinning): "Can't help it… the look on your face that day—legendary."
Wraith (chuckling): "Humans and their family drama…"
They laughed for a moment, the peaceful mood washing over them.
---
The Panic Arrival
The laughter was cut short when the sound of frantic footsteps echoed on the dock. A fisherman, clothes torn and dripping wet, stumbled toward them, his face pale and his hands shaking like dry leaves in the wind.
> Fisherman (panting): "St… Strom… you have to… you have to listen…"
He dropped to his knees, clutching Strom's arm like his life depended on it. His eyes darted around, like whatever he'd seen was still chasing him.
> Strom (kneeling down): "Easy, easy! What happened? You're bleeding."
Fisherman (voice cracking): "The ocean… something big… it—it took a whole ship. I saw eyes… two big red eyes… and then it was gone."
Wraith froze at those words, her usual sarcastic demeanor gone.
> Wraith (low tone): "…Red eyes?"
---
Unease & Warning
Strom stood, staring at the horizon. The ocean looked normal at first glance… but then he saw it—dark clouds forming unnaturally fast far off in the distance. His pendant, the one that connected him to Dravyss, glowed faintly and gave off a whisper:
> Dravyss (whispering in his mind): "Stay away from the deep ocean… he's awake."
Strom clenched the feather in his hand.
> Strom (forcing a grin to ease tension): "Well… looks like our vacation's over."
---
First Glimpse of Gorgon
They rushed to the cliffside. The wind grew colder, and the sky dimmed unnaturally. Out in the ocean, a massive shadow moved under the water, big enough to swallow several ships at once.
A flash of lightning illuminated two massive red eyes beneath the waves, watching them. The water churned, almost boiling, then went still.
Wraith's tail stiffened, her hands tightening around her dagger.
> Wraith: "Whatever that is… it's not here for sightseeing."
Strom (half-joking, half-serious): "Could be worse."
Wraith (glaring): "How?"
Sam (already walking away): "Nope… nope, I'm moving inland. I'll send you guys a postcard from the mountains."
Even Strom cracked a small smile despite the tension.
---
Chapter Hook Ending
The scene froze on the glowing red eyes vanishing under the waves. Thunder rolled across the sky, and the wind whispered a name only Dravyss knew:
> "Gorgon…"
To Be Continued…
---
Chapter 2 – "The Serpent's Name"
The night fell fast, almost unnaturally. What was supposed to be a peaceful evening turned heavy with tension as the three of them—Strom, Wraith, and Sam—stood at the cliffside, staring out into the ominous sea. The faint glow of those two red eyes had already disappeared, but the feeling of being watched lingered like an itch in the back of their skulls.
---
False Confidence
Strom broke the silence first, twirling his spear casually.
> Strom (grinning): "I can stab him, just some water shi# with teeth, right?"
Wraith instantly turned to him with an annoyed glare.
> Wraith: "Please… no overconfidence. I like water, but when it gets deep and dark like that—" [she pointed at the restless ocean] "—it's not fun. You have no idea what's below us."
Sam rubbed his temples, his breathing uneven.
> Sam (concerned): "It's not just the water… guys, I don't know why, but something out there is draining my mana. I feel… weaker just by looking at it."
---
Wraith's Memory
Wraith froze for a moment, her eyes narrowing, as if trying to recall something she wished she had forgotten.
> Wraith (softly, almost whispering): "…No way…"
Strom looked at her curiously.
> Strom: "What? What's with that face?"
She turned to him with an expression that was half fear, half anger.
> Wraith: "Strom, have you ever seen a painting in my father's castle? The one with a massive snake coiled around a broken trident?"
Strom thought for a moment, then nodded.
> Strom: "Yeah, the creepy one in the throne room. But why? Wait… don't tell me—"
Wraith's fists clenched as she stared back toward the ocean.
> Wraith: "Yes… him. Gorgon. The Leviathan Serpent. The curse of the deep. Don't you dare challenge him, Strom… not this time."
---
Gorgon's First Move
Almost as if the creature heard its name, the sea erupted. A gigantic pillar of water shot into the sky, followed by a massive whirlpool forming out of nowhere. Thunder cracked violently, and for a brief moment, the serpent's shape was visible under the waves—longer than any ship, its scales shimmering dark green and its eyes glowing blood red.
Sam stumbled back, clutching his chest.
> Sam (shaken): "This… thing… it's alive and angry. He knows we're here."
The whirlpool stilled as fast as it formed, leaving nothing but an eerie silence.
---
Dravyss Speaks
The pendant around Strom's neck pulsed, and Dravyss's voice echoed faintly in his mind.
> Dravyss (telepathically): "Do not provoke him… he is older than most gods, Strom. His hunger has no end."
Strom gritted his teeth.
> Strom (out loud, forcing confidence): "Well, someone has to piss him off eventually. Why not me?"
Wraith snapped, tail flicking sharply.
> Wraith: "Are you insane? He's not like Sifen, Strom… he's worse. Gorgon doesn't fight for territory or pride… he fights to feed. And once he marks you…" [she looked directly at him] "…you're not prey—you're an obsession."
---
The Chapter Hook
A loud BOOM echoed from the docks as a fishing ship was suddenly dragged underwater, its mast snapping like a twig. The screams of distant sailors pierced the night before fading into silence.
Strom tightened his grip on his spear, staring at the now calm, glassy water.
> Strom (serious): "…Okay, Wraith… tell me everything you know about him."
Wraith exhaled shakily, finally realizing this wasn't just another monster hunt—this was war with a nightmare from her past.
---
Chapter 3 – "The Serpent's Past"
The sea was calm again, too calm. The kind of calm that suffocates you, like the world is holding its breath. The only sound was the whistle of cold wind over the cliffside as Strom and Sam waited, eyes fixed on Wraith.
---
The Truth Wraith Never Wanted to Say
Wraith didn't speak immediately. She stood at the edge, arms crossed, her tail dragging across the rocks, restless.
> Wraith (soft, almost trembling): "You don't understand what we're up against… Gorgon isn't just a monster. He's a curse."
Strom tilted his head, still trying to look unfazed.
> Strom: "A curse with scales. Big deal. We fought bigger."
Wraith spun, tail striking the rock behind her, cracking it.
> Wraith (angrily): "No, Strom! He is older than kingdoms, older than humans ever knowing fire. Before you were even born, before your mother even chose this world, Gorgon ruled these seas. His poison can melt metal. His storms sink fleets. And his hunger…" [she hesitated] "…his hunger makes demons look merciful."
Sam finally spoke, clutching his mana staff.
> Sam: "Then why was he… sealed? How could something like that ever be stopped?"
---
The Broken Serpent
Wraith's eyes softened, her voice lowering.
> Wraith: "Because… someone broke him."
Strom frowned.
> Strom: "Broke him? Like… cut him in half?"
> Wraith: "No… worse. His pride was shattered. The great Leviathan Serpent was chained in the abyss by my ancestors, but only because he was already weakened by something—someone—long before that day. Nobody knows who did it. Even my father, with all his power, could never hurt Gorgon when he was whole."
She gripped her own arm tight.
> Wraith (quietly): "The truth is… if he wasn't broken when we captured him, I wouldn't be standing here right now."
Strom narrowed his eyes.
> Strom: "You're saying he was already defeated once… but by what?"
Wraith didn't answer immediately, eyes darting to Strom's pendant glowing faintly.
> Wraith (thinking): …Could it be? No. Impossible.
---
The Docks
Suddenly, an explosion echoed from the docks again—wood splintering, people screaming. They ran down to find an entire section of pier gone, torn off as if a titan had bitten it.
A sailor crawled toward them, eyes wide, babbling in fear:
> Sailor: "T-Teeth… gods help me, those teeth—like swords! I saw his eyes, red as hellfire! He—he smiled!"
Strom's jaw tightened.
> Strom: "He smiled?"
Before anyone could respond, the water bulged. The surface cracked like glass, and for a split second, a massive serpentine head breached the surface—dark green scales glistening, red eyes glowing like molten iron. The jaw opened, revealing teeth long enough to pierce a ship's hull, and then it vanished with a splash that drenched everyone.
---
The Drain
Sam stumbled back again, falling to one knee.
> Sam (groaning): "It's worse now… my mana… it's being sucked out of me just by standing here. What is he?"
Wraith helped him up, voice low and urgent:
> Wraith: "He feeds on energy itself… like a living curse. Every time you hit him, he doesn't just survive it—he feeds on the energy behind it. That's why my father wanted him, wanted to control him… and that's why even he failed."
Strom spit to the side, tightening his grip on his spear.
> Strom (grinning despite the fear): "So hitting him makes him stronger, huh? Guess we don't let him bite first."
Wraith grabbed his wrist.
> Wraith: "Strom… listen to me. He doesn't just kill. He remembers faces. If he marks you, he will hunt you until you're bones. That's who he is."
Strom looked at her, then at the calm ocean again.
> Strom (serious): "Good. I'd hate to chase him around."
---
The Hook for Chapter 4
A low rumble echoed from under the water, shaking the dock, rattling wood and bones alike. Somewhere deep, something massive was moving… slowly coming closer.
And Wraith whispered under her breath:
> Wraith: "Gorgon is awake… and he knows my bloodline."
---
Next Chapter: First encounter clash with Gorgon (he toys with them) and the scar setup for Dravyss begins.

Chapter 4 – "The Serpent Stirs"
---
A Tense Ocean
The sky darkened unnaturally fast, clouds swirling overhead. The ocean, moments ago calm, began to shift unnaturally—waves rolling inward instead of outward, like something breathing under the surface.
Strom stood at the edge of the dock, spear ready, while Wraith's tail flicked nervously behind her. Sam's staff glowed faintly, shaking in his hand as he muttered protective wards.
> Wraith (quiet): "He's playing with us…"
Strom (grinning): "Good. Saves me time finding him."
---
The First Strike
A shadow rose beneath the water, stretching longer than any ship, circling them like a shark. The water erupted—a massive scaled tail smashed into the pier, throwing Strom into the air. He landed hard, coughing.
Sam aimed a spell at the figure in the water, but the moment he cast it, his face went pale.
> Sam (gasping): "H-he drained it… my spell—it's gone!"
Wraith yanked him back as an enormous head finally surfaced fully:
dark green scales, thick enough to shrug off steel, and red eyes glowing with hunger and intelligence.
---
Gorgon Speaks
> Gorgon (deep, mocking voice): "I smell… Abyss blood."
Wraith (hissing): "…Leave these people out of it, Gorgon!"
Gorgon (smiling with rows of jagged teeth): "Ah… the little one who carries her father's eyes. You reek of him. Sifen's spawn."
Wraith's fists clenched. Strom stood up, brushing dust off his armor.
> Strom: "Hey big guy, got a problem with her, you deal with me."
Gorgon (chuckling): "A human? No… something else… I smell the stench of fire on you."
He suddenly lashed forward, snapping at Strom, who barely dodged, rolling aside. The dock splintered as Gorgon's jaws bit down where Strom had been.
---
Clash
Strom lunged forward, stabbing his spear into Gorgon's face—but as soon as it connected, the energy vanished. The spear felt heavy, like it had lost all enchantments.
> Strom (shocked): "What the—?!"
Wraith (yelling): "I told you! He feeds on energy attacks!"
Gorgon laughed, pulling his head back slightly.
> Gorgon: "Strike me harder, little knight… make me hungry again."
A tail swipe came fast—too fast for something his size. Strom raised his spear just in time, but the impact sent him flying across the deck, armor cracking.
---
The Grip
Suddenly, Gorgon's long neck coiled toward Wraith, who tried to dodge but was caught. He lifted her slightly, looking at her like a cat would look at a mouse.
> Gorgon (grinning): "I remember your bloodline. You chained me once… do you know what I did to the last one who tried?"
Wraith (struggling, shouting): "Let me go!"
Strom leapt and stabbed Gorgon's eye, forcing him to release her—but again, the spear lost its power the second it touched. Gorgon's eye bled slightly but quickly regenerated.
---
Retreat
Strom grabbed Wraith, pulling her back as Gorgon's tail smashed down, nearly collapsing the entire dock.
> Sam (panicking): "We can't win this now, Strom—he's toying with us!"
Wraith (angry, tearing up): "I won't run from him again—"
Strom (firm, loud): "We have to!"
He dragged her, even as she screamed back at Gorgon:
> Wraith: "You think you're strong?! You're still broken, Gorgon! SOMEONE already beat you!"
The serpent froze for a second, eyes narrowing dangerously.
> Gorgon (deep growl): "Who… told you that?"
Before he could strike again, a massive shadow passed overhead—a roar shook the sky.
---
Dravyss Arrives
A blinding blue flame cut between them, forcing Gorgon to coil back. Dravyss landed hard, her claws slamming into the pier. She looked down at Strom and Wraith, eyes glowing.
> Dravyss (calm, deadly): "Step. Back."
Gorgon smiled wider.
> Gorgon: "Ah… so it was you."
---
Chapter End Hook
Dravyss growled low, her body already glowing faintly with heat, while Gorgon coiled in the water, excited.
> Strom (wide-eyed, whispering to Wraith): "Mom…
---
Dravyss Arrives (Revised)
A blinding blue flame tore through the mist, forcing Gorgon to coil back into the ocean as waves crashed outward. A massive shadow descended from the clouds—Dravyss, her scales glowing faintly like molten metal under moonlight, landed on the dock with a ground-shaking thud.
Her eyes locked on Gorgon—and instantly, his scar, a long claw mark across his face, began glowing faint blue, reacting violently to her presence.
> Gorgon (low growl): "You…"
Dravyss (deep, rumbling): "I should've buried you deeper."
Strom,Sam and Wraith looked at each other in shock as Dravyss's claws flexed and her tail dug into the wood, ready for battle.
> Strom (quiet, stunned): "Mom… that guy is Just Insane…"
Wraith (whispering, fear and anger mixed): "That scar… you did that to him, didn't you?"
Dravyss didn't answer. Her wings opened fully, casting a shadow over the entire dock.
Chapter 5 – The Past of Gorgon
The ground trembled beneath the clash of legends.
On one side, the serpent of the depths — Gorgon.
On the other, the unbreakable shield of the team — Dravyss.
And caught between them, Strom, Wraith, and Sam stood frozen.
Dravyss extended one claw to the team without breaking her gaze on Gorgon.
Dravyss – "You kids… step back. Now."
Gorgon's tongue flickered with mockery.
Gorgon – "Why? Do you fear being humiliated in front of your children?"
Dravyss' eyes narrowed, her voice like venom.
Dravyss – "You talk too much, snake."
The serpent lunged forward, water bursting from his scales like a tidal wave. But Dravyss caught him mid-air, twisted her body, and slammed him down so hard the earth cracked.
Dravyss – "Taste the dirt."
Snarling, Gorgon wrapped his massive tail around her waist and whipped her into the water.
Gorgon – "Then you drink, lizard."
The serpent turned, striking at Strom and the others. His tail coiled around Wraith, crushing him slowly.
Wraith – "You can't win this fight, Gorgon."
Gorgon – "Win? Foolish child… I wasn't even fighting yet."
Strom hurled his spear with fury — but the glow of its enchantment had long faded. It bounced harmlessly against Gorgon's scales.
Strom – "No… damn it!"
Before Gorgon could finish them, a flash of claws ripped across his side. Dravyss, silent and merciless, dragged him back into the waves.
Strom – "Mom, no!"
But she didn't hear him. Or maybe she did — and chose to ignore it. Because when someone dared to harm her children, nothing else mattered.
The water churned red. Claw against fang, scale against scale — every strike shaking the riverbed itself. Dravyss slashed deep, but Gorgon's teeth found openings, his coils squeezing tight, forcing her on the defensive.
Then came the moment. Gorgon's jaws clamped onto her chest with a crack so loud Strom's heart nearly stopped. Scales shattered, blood sprayed, and with a violent twist he threw her back onto the shore.
Gorgon – "I am no longer that ancient, forgotten serpent… I am reborn, b!tch lizard."
Dravyss slammed into the earth near her children, blood staining her claws. The serpent leapt again — only to be blasted back into the depths by her single crushing punch.
Breathing ragged, she forced herself up and dragged the team away from the shore.
Dravyss – "That serpent… he is stronger than before."
Sam's voice cracked.
Sam – "Can you please tell us… who is he?"
For a moment, Dravyss' gaze drifted — not to the present, but to the ancient past.
Dravyss – "When I first came to this world, I thought I had found a home. To protect it… I hunted demons, one by one. And when I reached the waters… I met him. Gorgon. I spared him, because sometimes… it is wiser not to wake what sleeps beneath."
Strom's fists trembled, his voice burning with fury.
Strom – "Then we finish it now. He made you bleed, Mom… I'll make him pay."
Dravyss closed her eyes. For the first time in centuries, the past had come crawling back from the depths.
And it wanted blood.
---
Chapter 6 – The Promise & The Stone
The air in the cavern was heavy, the sound of the ocean pounding against the cliffs outside. Strom, Wraith, and Sam stood together, weapons ready and eyes burning with resolve. The fight with Gorgon had pushed all of them to their limits, but now, they were ready to finish it.
---
Tension Before the Storm
Strom adjusted his spear, knuckles pale.
> Strom: "We're ending this today… no more running."
Wraith spun her dagger in her fingers, eyes narrowed.
> Wraith: "Agreed. That thing hurt Mom… and almost killed us. I'm not sitting back this time."
Even Sam, normally calm and sarcastic, had his sword drawn.
> Sam: "I'm not good with ocean monsters, but I'm not letting that thing breathe another day."
They turned to Dravyss as she stepped forward, towering over them. The deep scar on her chest still glowed faintly from the earlier battle. She stared at each of them silently, her golden eyes sharp but warm.
---
Dravyss' Command
> Dravyss (low voice): "Listen carefully… none of you will move an inch."
Strom (confused): "Mom—what? We're ready to—"
Dravyss (snapping): "Promise me."
Her tail slammed lightly into the ground, making the cavern tremble.
> Dravyss: "You all are my children… my family. I will not risk any of you against him. Do you understand?"
Strom clenched his fists, looking down.
> Strom: "…Fine… I promise."
Wraith looked away, muttering:
Wraith: "...Promise."
Sam sighed, lowering his sword:
Sam: "Guess I promise too."
---
The Stone
Dravyss then turned to Strom specifically, her voice softer:
> Dravyss: "Son… give me my stone."
Strom froze. The blue pendant she had given him long ago—a connection to her true draconic power—hung around his neck. His fingers tightened around it.
> Strom (hesitant): "Mom"
Dravyss (interrupting): "I'll win."
He slowly placed the pendant in her claw. It pulsed, glowing brighter than ever before, as if awakened by her resolve.
---
Peak Confidence
Dravyss looked down at them one last time, her voice calm yet absolute:
> Dravyss: "Stay here. Watch. Learn. But don't interfere."
Dravyss (to Strom, softer): "No matter what you see, trust me."
Her wings unfurled, filling the cavern with wind as she launched herself toward the ocean. The ground shook, and for a moment, silence fell.
---
Aftermath Scene Setup
Strom stared at the exit, gripping his spear tighter.
> Strom: "…She's going to end this."
Wraith wiped her eyes quickly before anyone noticed.
Wraith (whispering): "Come back alive, Mom…"
Sam exhaled deeply:
Sam: "We really can't move… huh?"
Final Battle
Dravyss descended from the skies, her wings glowing with the power of the blue stone. The storm above split open as her aura burned hotter than the sun. The ocean boiled under her presence.
Gorgon's scar, the one near his eye, glowed an eerie blue, reacting to the same energy that once injured him ages ago. His roar echoed like an earthquake, waves rising like walls around them.
Dravyss' voice thundered:
"Enough, serpent… This ends now."
Gorgon lunged, body twisting like a living spear, trying to coil around her. His speed in water was unmatched, his fangs shining with venom. But Dravyss didn't retreat this time. She caught his tail mid-charge, the impact shaking the entire ocean floor.
Gorgon writhed, summoning whirlpools and lightning from the storm above, but Dravyss' flames melted through every drop of rain that touched her scales. The blue stone pulsed—her heat climbing to a level where the sea itself hissed into steam.
He struck again, fangs sinking into her chest plate, tearing through and leaving a deep scar across her scales again , but Dravyss didn't even flinch:
"I bleed because I show mercy… you bleed because you're a fool"
The next moment, she surged in size, eclipsing Gorgon completely, eyes glowing with ancient fury.
Her claws tore through his defenses—not to destroy flesh but to shatter his pride. She raised him high above the waves like an eagle with a serpent and roared:
"This ocean is mine!"
A final flare of blue fire erupted from her maw, surrounding them both in a sphere of blazing light. When it cleared, Gorgon lay motionless, scar now burned deeper than before, defeated not by death, but by humiliation and overwhelming power.
Dravyss landed beside Strom,Sam and Wraith, blood trickling down her chest but eyes calm, protective:
Strom just whispered, "Mom… you're God like"
