Both the eight tails and two tails jinchuriki have been deployed. They are no longer inside of the safety of their own village. This has provided Akatsuki with an invaluable opportunity to capture both.
Kisame and I have been tasked with the eight-tails jinchuriki, whose location has been divulged to us by Sasori's spies. The two tails jinchuriki is yet to be located.
I am standing right in front of Killer Bee, using genjutsu to make him unaware of my presence. Kisame likewise believes me to be next to him, waiting to ambush Bee. Both of them are formidable foes. The jinchuriki will become almost immune to genjutsu once combat begins, with his tailed beast continuously disturbing his chakra network to release him from them. In Kisame's case Samehada serves the same purpose, an outside influence to continuously release genjutsu.
I go back towards Kisame, no use in making him suspicious yet. Once I arrive I release the genjutsu he was under, turn my head slightly towards him and nod, grabbing a kunai as I do so.
We rush towards Killer Bee. Once we are noticed he draws his blades and rushes towards us as well. In the first exchange Kisame is parried and my attack is barely dodged. In the second Kisame's kick is dodged and my kunai strikes his shoulder. In the third Kisame dodges a sword-thrust and my kick is dodged. In the fourth Kisame's slash is dodged and I am forced to back away by a slash. In the fifth exchange Kisame fails to dodge, his arm getting slashed. He is growing faster, drawing on the eight tails chakra no doubt.
Before we rush him once again I activate the Mangekyou Sharingan. Kisame also merges with Samehada. This is not an opponent either of us can take lightly. Close quarters combat against him is nothing less than a death sentence, the eight tails granting him unparalleled strength.
I activate my Susanoo. Using it extensively will almost certainly lead me to complete blindness, but sensory jutsu will compensate. Sensory jutsu are plentiful, but few bother to master them. To even begin the journey towards mastery requires almost complete mastery of the elemental release of the jutsu.
In the moments Kisame and I prepared our trump cards, Killer Bee did so to his as well. A six tailed chakra cloak covers him "Fools! Ya Fools! You want to dance? Then show the moves!"
He dashes towards Kisame, barely visible even to the Mangekyou. Meanwhile I prepare.
Upon reaching Kisame he heel-kicks him, the force cratering the earth as if an explosion struck it instead of a mere kick. A swift punch into Kisame's head shatters it, spraying the remains indiscriminately.
He then turns towards me "Fool! Ya Fool! If ya can't take the heat, then don't come to get beat!"
He rushes towards me. Tsukuyomi gives me the opening I need. Five hundred years of torture throw him off, he misses his step and I hear him smash loudly into the Susanoo. The pained exhale that follows the impact proves he has not died.
Before he can reorient himself I strike where I sense his chakra presence with The Sword of Totsuka, sealing him and his tailed beast inside of it for the rest of eternity. I deactivate the Susanoo and collapse.
My vision is completely gone now. All I have left to properly orient myself during combat are sensory jutsu.
I do not know for certain what the plans of either Madara or Pain are. From the few years I have spent inside of the Akatsuki I have only surmised one thing of true value. Both of their plans require the capture of all of the tailed beasts. If even a single one is missing then they cannot begin anything.
The only way for Killer Bee and the eight tails to be unsealed from The Sword of Totsuka is for me to release them. Edo Tensei can be used to force me to release them. Sasuke still needs my eyes, so I cannot simply destroy my body.
I must meet with him outside of Konoha. Kotoamatsukami can make him dispose of my body in its entirety if he does not do so on his own volition. My plan is settled.
I will encounter Sasuke outside of Konoha. I will leave a shadow clone hidden beforehand. I will die by his hand. If he disposes of my body afterwards then Kotoamatsukami does not need to be used. If he does not then it will make him dispose of it.

This was a pretty tough fight to write.
S-Rank shinobi are the true strength of the hidden villages. Jinchuriki are their nuclear weapons.
Killer Bee is ridiculously strong, he fought post itachi Sasuke and clowned on the guy without even using Gyuki.
Itachi has also completely fucked everyones plans.
