"They're Aries transports from our forces."
"Permission granted."
After receiving authorization, the communications officer immediately responded to the two transports.
"This is the Pisces. You are cleared to land."
Just then, Lady, still lost in thought nearby, suddenly felt something was wrong and immediately intervened.
"Wait! First, confirm which base those transports are assigned to."
The communications officer replied in confusion, "They're from the New Edwards Base."
"Idiot! That's the enemy!"
But it was already too late. One of the transports charged straight ahead. The one piloted by Chang Wufei, pursuing Treize, attacked first by ramming—his transport 911 collided directly with a battleship, destroying it.
Lady immediately ordered a fierce counterattack on the other transport.
However, Duo followed close behind, piloting his own transport and using the same 911-style ramming attack, crashing into Lady Une's OZ flagship.
Moments later, the two of them piloted their respective Gundams out from the blazing inferno and launched an assault on the OZ fleet.
Lady quickly commanded the OZ troops to dispatch over thirty Leos to intercept and engage them.
From a distance, Tolle also witnessed the situation. While the Leos were firing at the Heavyarms Gundam, he made a few subtle adjustments.
After several rifle shells hit the Gundam's beam rifle, he intentionally made it appear as though the weapon had been damaged and exploded—to prevent Duo's firepower from going too far and killing or injuring Treize and Lady.
He then instructed Nami to produce a Leo equipped with a high-mobility flight unit, preparing to switch into it once it approached the battleship.
Heavyarms immediately discarded its destroyed beam rifle and used its remaining handheld Gatling gun to fire upon the Leos.
Shooting while charging forward, it then swung its right-arm army knife, slashing through the enemy units.
Very quickly, the battle turned one-sided. The Leos were completely suppressed by Heavyarms.
The communications officer reported, "Twenty Leos have been destroyed!"
On the bridge, Lady couldn't help but curse angrily,
"What the hell! Can't you push it into the sea and use the Cancer units against it? Where is Lord Treize's ship?"
"He's already moved away from our position."
"Good."
"It's a Gundam! Another Gundam just appeared—it came out of one of the transports earlier!"
At that moment, Chang Wufei also burst forth in the Shenlong Gundam, its right arm transforming into the Dragon Claw as it tore apart nearby warships, showing off its might.
He then swung his beam glaive, slashing through Leos and warships alike, occasionally switching to the Dragon Claw to unleash bursts of fire from its flamethrower.
The bridge was filled with tension, the combat officers frantically shouting out orders.
Lady watched as the Gundam continued destroying warships before her eyes and muttered helplessly,
"Damn it! For something like this to happen on our victory voyage…"
"Lieutenant Lady Une, the Gundam's offensive hasn't weakened at all!"
"I already said—push it into the sea! You don't need to report every little detail. Just follow my orders!"
"Y-yes! The enemy Gundam's current position is right near the catapult zone."
"Good. Use the catapult's power to launch a Leo straight at it!"
Moments later, a Leo was loaded onto the catapult and fired directly at Heavyarms. It collided head-on, grabbing hold of it and sending Duo's machine plunging into the sea.
However, underwater, Heavyarms' right-arm army knife pierced straight through the Leo's chest, killing it instantly.
Soon, dozens of Cancer units surrounded Heavyarms underwater, continuously firing torpedoes at it.
Meanwhile, Lady arrived at the hangar and asked the soldiers inside, "Is it ready?"
One of them immediately pointed to a special Leo fitted with wings.
"This Leo's been equipped with the high-mobility flight unit. It should be capable of flight like an Aries now."
Lady Une nodded. "As long as I can reach that other Gundam, that's enough.
Their target is Lord Treize's ship? What a joke!"
Lady Une quickly boarded the custom Leo and charged toward the Shenlong Gundam, ramming it onto the deck of a battleship. She shouted,
"Don't get carried away, Gundam! I won't allow you to take another step forward!"
Stunned from the impact, Wufei replied,
"No one can stop me."
He then piloted Shenlong, swinging the beam glaive at Lady Une.
Lady Une was undeterred—she raised her shoulder shield to block the blow, then countered with her beam sword.
The two exchanged strikes, dodging and attacking each other in turn, but the Leo's performance was still far inferior to Shenlong's.
Before long, Wufei caught an opening—using his left hand, he grabbed the Leo's right arm and crushed it.
However, upon realizing the Leo's pilot was a woman, he chose not to continue the attack. Instead, he said to Lady,
"Step aside. You understand now, don't you? You can't possibly defeat me."
Lady shouted back, unwilling to accept it,
"I never imagined a Gundam could possess such power… It's infuriating!"
