Su Ping hurried to open the doors but he failed to catch a glimpse of her down both corridors.
' Just what did I get myself into.' Su Ping slumped back first on the bed, his body sprawled as he stared at the blank ceiling, as if seeking answers.
' She's not going to try something stupid is she?' Su Ping let out a sigh before laughing in a self mocking way.
' Who am I kidding... she's a demon, of course she'll try something.'
Meanwhile, Zhen Qi was walking down the stairs of the palace when she saw someone waiting for her at the bottom.
" Are you finally satisfied now." Ming Yao shot her an annoyed look.
" I guess I am, It seems the master still has us all in his heart. Though I wish he wouldn't have been so reluctant at that moment." Zhen Qi smiled, whispering the latter part of her sentence beneath her breath.
