Ken felt a bit confused.
Wasn't that a Frieza Force spaceship?
Why would a Frieza Force ship show up in this sector?
Logically, the Frieza Force controlled every region except the Northern Galaxy.
The Northern Galaxy was the sole domain of the Galactic Patrol.
For some reason, Frieza's forces had never interfered with the patrol's territory.
Ken didn't know the reason why, but now… a Frieza Force spaceship was right here.
Could it be that my ship's location was exposed?
Is that why Frieza's ship came chasing after me?
Frieza, oh Frieza… what's your problem with me?
...Well, if you're here—fine.
This is a perfect chance for Broly to get some practice.
I wonder if Frieza came in person?
Unfazed, Ken calmly suited up in his battle armor. With a slight raise of his hand, he generated a glowing shield around Tights.
"Eh? What is this?" Tights blinked, surprised to find herself surrounded by a shimmering aura.
"It's a protective shield. It contains its own oxygen supply," Ken explained. "Even if the ship explodes, you'll be able to survive in it for up to ten hours."
"Ten hours…" Tights smiled wryly.
Only ten hours? In the vastness of space, distances between planets are measured in light-years.
What am I supposed to do with ten hours?
"I'm going out to take a look," Ken said as he opened the door and stepped out.
Broly burst out behind him, rubbing his head and glancing around.
The earlier impact had made him bump his head.
"This is bad! Really bad! It's a Frieza Force ship—they forced us to stop!" Jaco shouted in a panic.
"Did Frieza come in person?" Ken asked.
"No, not Frieza—it's his son, Ize," Jaco replied.
"Ize?" Ken blinked.
So even this guy from fan comics made an appearance?
As a loyal Dragon Ball fan, Ken had obviously read Dragon Ball AF.
And in AF, there was a character named Ize—extremely powerful.
But based on Ken's own power scaling, Ize should be weaker than Golden Frieza.
According to Ize himself, his power was ten times stronger than Frieza's final form.
But Golden Frieza's power level far exceeded that.
Frieza had trained to achieve his golden form while trapped in Hell.
During his time encased in a cocoon, Frieza reflected deeply—especially on the futility of immortality.
No matter how immortal you are, being sealed in that hellish place is worse than death.
After his revival, Frieza's enlightenment in Hell led to him mastering his Golden Form.
And now, some no-name Ize just randomly shows up?
Why couldn't you just stay frozen on your planet?
Why'd you have to ruin my dream?
"This is bad… What do we do now?" Jaco clutched his head in despair.
"Don't worry. Just let Broly handle them," Ken said with a casual smile.
"Broly?" Jaco blinked, glancing over at the boy—then shook his head nervously. "That won't work. This is outer space. Saiyans can't survive in a vacuum, can they?"
Broly looked at Ken, rubbed his head again, still a bit dazed.
"See that big ship out there?" Ken pointed at the massive Frieza Force spaceship.
Broly ran to the window, took one look, and nodded excitedly.
"Go," Ken said simply.
Broly dashed forward and kicked open the spaceship's hatch.
Jaco: "…"
The moment the hatch opened, due to the sudden pressure difference, Jaco was yanked helplessly toward the opening and nearly sucked into space.
"Pa!"
Ken raised his hand and caught Jaco midair.
As for Tights—she was still in her room changing, the door shut, so she was fine.
Her thoughts? Even if I'm gonna die in space, I'm not dying in pajamas. I'm going out looking fabulous—for the sake of Earth's image.
"This reckless idiot…" Jaco broke into a cold sweat, then quickly bowed to Ken. "Thank you, thank you…"
Ken said nothing.
"Huh? Wait, did you plan this? You didn't even flinch with that kind of pressure difference!" Jaco looked on in awe. While talking, he struggled over to the control panel and pressed a button.
"Kachunk!"
A new shield expanded over the ship's hull, and the cabin's pressure returned to normal.
Jaco let out a sigh of relief and immediately asked, "Where's Broly? Did he really go into open space to fight Frieza's son?"
"He's already on his way," Ken nodded.
"What?! That foolish kid! He'll die the second he hits open space!" Jaco gasped, and frantically began typing away at the controls.
"Click!"
A projection popped up.
Onscreen, Broly had already exited the ship—his body glowing as he zipped through space, streaking straight toward the Frieza Force ship.
"So fast! Could he really survive a few seconds in space at that speed?" Jaco muttered, still in disbelief. "Wait, is he planning to get inside their ship and fight Ize there?"
Ken didn't respond. He just watched silently.
The two ships weren't far apart now. Broly was already upon the enemy vessel.
"Pa!"
Without hesitation, Broly grabbed onto a handle on the outside of the ship.
"What's he trying to do?" Jaco blinked.
——
Inside Ize's spaceship.
"Report: someone just flew out from the other ship…" a subordinate reported.
"Oh? Come to surrender, I bet." Ize grinned.
"Of course! Even the Galactic Patrol must kneel before Lord Ize," the lackey laughed.
Ize narrowed his eyes at him.
"You think that's funny?" he asked flatly.
The subordinate froze mid-laugh.
Nope. Not funny. Not anymore.
"Open the hatch. I want to see this groveling patrolman for myself," Ize said with a sneer, his tail swaying behind him.
Just as the crew went to open it—
RUMBLE!
The whole ship shook violently.
——
Outside.
Broly had grabbed one end of the enemy ship.
And the next moment—
He started spinning the entire spaceship in place like a toy.
