"How is she?" Kross asked Sena, he didn't know why he even asked about it but some part of him was curious.
He wanted to distance himself far away from Lyra but with every second he craved her.
"She's doing a lot better than I thought she would be," she explained, "The marking might have made her stronger than before. For such a weak body like her, she managed just fine."
"She's awake?"
"Yes, she just went to sleep." Sena had to answer Kross' questions though she was drowning in questions. Kross when he asked about Lyra, he had a calm and peaceful air around him as some concern spilled from his voice which he was oblivious to.
Sena had managed to pick up the pieces. It was rare for Kross to show concern for anyone. Sena had know Kross ever since Kross was a child. She knew he was not an emotionless person totally.
