Ladies and gentlemen! I ask everyone to remain calm! Of course, this is not a drill, but it's not a catastrophe either. Today, at approximately 3:30 PM local time, within the municipal district of "Brockton Bay," a mutual misunderstanding occurred between Protectorate heroes and the Administration. As a result of the brief conflict, Protectorate capes were temporarily detained for violating the Truce. As a result of the incident, the municipal district of "Brockton Bay" was effectively left without protection from government structures. Understanding the gravity of the situation and the need to ensure order within the municipal district, the Administration was forced to take upon itself the responsibility for controlling law enforcement in the specified territory. The video clearly shows that Alexandria provokes the conflict. There's no sound, so I can assume Administrator provoked the Triumvirate member through verbal aggression or threats. But even in this case, we usually expect more from Protectorate Heroes. If you're provoked with words – respond with words, don't grab weapons.
There's also video of the clash at Ship Graveyard here (video) (video) (video). Quality isn't great, and filmed from afar, but – you can assess the scale of what's happening and the seriousness of both sides' intentions.
Further – here (video) and here (video) – filmed how sleeping Protectorate Heroes of Brockton Bay are being laid to sleep on air mattresses. If not for the circumstances, I would be touched, such a peaceful scene. But no. Do you understand what this means? This means Administrator can afford to seize power in a city, state, or even country at any moment. And – she can afford not to kill people... but put them to sleep. For those not in the know, I'll report – capturing without injury or killing is always harder than just killing. She could have dropped one of her bombs that she used against Endbringers on the PRT building. But she chose specifically to put them to sleep – because she has that possibility.
