Glacian's tail tapped the cushion next to us while he waited for me to speak. I wanted to touch it, feel it between my hands but I held back. Would that be too personal? This was a different culture. Touching his tail could be the same as a stranger groping you would be on Earth. No. Stop. No distractions. He may not even want me after I tell him what happened to me. Back on Earth, some men saw women like me as used goods. It could be the same here. I had no idea how he would feel about it. Better to find out now.
