After the fierce fight, Aloysius sat atop a large stone at the ruined city's edge. Night enveloped him in thick darkness, but his eyes burned with vigilance and determination. The dark radiation still tried to infiltrate, but he had learned how to restrain it for now.
Yet peace was fleeting.
In his mind, a faint voice echoed not from outside but from within. The voice whispered softly, inviting and tempting.
"You won't hold on forever, Aloysius. I am here… the part of you you refuse to accept."
He knew it was the lingering darkness brought by the divine radiation he absorbed an entity that wished to control and destroy his humanity from within.
At the same time, news came from underground informants: a secret group called "Ordo Abyss" was mobilizing, aiming to seize the remnants of the fallen gods' power for unknown sinister purposes.
Aloysius realized the real threat was not just external both the enemy inside him and the shadowy group would be his toughest tests.
He must choose: fight the darkness within, or succumb and become a tool of destruction.
With burning resolve, Aloysius stood and gazed at the stormy sky. His long journey had just begun.
