Penny's POV
I blink, staring at the shadow lingering just outside the balcony. My chest hammers as my stomach twists with adrenaline. Andrew's hand tightens around mine.
"Stay back," he murmurs. His body shifts, shielding me from the sliding glass door.
I nod, clutching his arm. "Okay, but… what is it?"
His eyes narrow, scanning the figure outside.
Mom places a gentle hand on my shoulder. "Don't panic. Let's see what's going on first."
Alert, Dad leans closer. "We'll handle this, Penny. Stay with Andrew."
I swallow hard. "I… I think he's looking right at me."
Andrew's jaw tightens. "I see that. Step back." His hand holds my waist, guiding me slightly behind him. I cling to him, my heart hammering in my chest with fear and curiosity.
Then the shadow moves slightly, just enough for me to catch a glimpse of a young man with dark hair
Andrew carefully takes a step forward. "Who are you? What do you want?" He asks calmly.
