In a vast expanse of void, a series of light gradually formed and gathered into one piece, until a material body was formed in a form of light, it hovered in the middle. From far away, you can recognize it as a white light, one might argue that it's a star due to it's sheer incredibility to it's size alone.
Then it flickered continuesly slowly changing, slowly transforming. Suddenly, a deafining sound bombardarded along with waves of light came crashing with each other until they slowly merged, and absorbed into the body of light.
The body of light morphed into a humanoid figure made of light, it twitched, then a crack appeared on the head like a spiderweb,
it moved through across the entire body. And shattered like glass pieces by pieces, until, it slowly reveals an eye, it's eyes slowly opened as if awoken from deep sleep.
The crystaline glass of light fell after another casting a radiant glow reflecting to the pitch black void, it was stunningly irresistible for those who aim to seek the light in hope to escape the dark.
It looked around as if something bizzare happened, but cannot, unable to understand why it was there, and how it arrived there. It was confused, it tried to comprehend but it was left with nothing left to.
"Where am I?" It muttered, however what happened next came for its answers.
As if a computer was turned on a deep, resonant whirr rolled through as hidden fans began to spin, then a sheet of white light came brightly in front of him.
Caught off-guard with the brightness he moved his two arms held upwards covering his eyes from the light blinding him.
Not only that, he also heard a series of clicks carried by the sound of a keyboard, as if someone was typing a message.
He waited until the bright light reduced to the brightness comfortable to the eyes as it slowly began to unravel a white screen with words engraved on it.
The words read:
"Dear Akane Hotaru,
You're probably wondering why you were alone in the void drifting to the unknown, well the answer for that question is.
Congratulations!! You have survived a scenario that was deemed to be impossible, hereby, you are to be given the chance to be reincarnated in the infinite multiverse to have fun and wreak havoc. Thus, you will be given a system to be of assistance to your journey, you art the only one in control of yourself with no maliciousness carried. Oh right... i prepared a gift for you, you'll find it out by later" Sincerely Lily.
Abruptly after reading the letter, the previously white screen, shut down and replaced by another, it was of rectangular blue, at the center was a line with numbers of percentage loading up from 1% upto 100%.

Followed by a very loud thunderous sound, a distortion in void emerged from behind, there appeared a blood circular red portal and sucked him.

A/N: Sorry for the first chapter being short roughly 557 words at best. Also sorry for disappointing you guys, not reaching 666 word count, tbh I'm also doing this for a good reason.. next week my exams will start, and I will be busy.
However, I will do my best on the second chapter and will not use fillers everytime and change povs, I have a problem you see... despite having read many dxd fanfics my brain just shuts itself the moment I tried to write it. That's why I will read them starting today, if not next week, also English is my third language and I'm not proficient with english but I will be learning and improve my vocabulary. So sorry for a short chapter, Thankyou.
