Chapter 5 - Princess Jin Xuelin

As Elder Mo Fu walked out of the door and descended to the stairs, he was stunned who he came across.

He narrowed his eyes and said in a rather unfriendly tone, "Princess…"

The maid beside the Princess exploded.

She barked, "Is that how you greet the Princess? Blasphemy! You deserve a death sentence!"

Elder Mo Fu glanced at her and rolled his eyes.

Thankfully, he was able to hold back his Sword Intent, lest it would terrorize the little girl away.

He spared a glance at the Princess and was amused.

The Princess wore a rather not eye-catchy dress, seemingly trying to blend in with the people of the city.

It was also the same as her maid and her personal guard, wearing even a light-brown leather cloak.

Even if the Princess tried to cover her face with the robe, one glance at her and everyone would immediately know who she was.

After all, posters of her, especially every of her birthday, would be placed all over the city.

Even in the whole kingdom.

To think he would meet the princess in a surprising place?

He turned his head around and caught the silhouette of Mr. Liu Wei, cleaning the table.

His heart almost leapt out.

He trembled and hesitated.

In the end, he sighed.

After all, he was already too late to decide whether to help Mr. Liu Wei, when it appeared he was already finished.

He faced forward and shook his head.

Suddenly, the maid's voice caught his attention.

"Princess Jin Xuelin, I request to imprison this guy for disrespecting you. Miss Sun Chan, please make a move."

Princess Jin Xuelin was in a dilemma. She turned towards her left and glanced at Sun Chan, asking for an opinion.

She clearly disliked having people to disrespect her.

But she already promised to act like an ordinary person while venturing in the city.

Hence, it would not be surprising if someone disrespected her.

However, this time, the opposing party was clearly aware of her identity and yet showed an arrogant attitude.

Thankfully, she did not sense animosity and simply just an arrogant behavior.

Sun Chan glanced at the Princess and shook her head.

Due to her towering body, she had to bend her body and knee to speak directly to the Princess' ear.

"Princess, that guy is a Sword Expert. Even if I'm at the Late Foundation Establishment Stage, and he is at the Peak Qi Condensation Stage, I might not be able to fight against his Sword Intent.

It's best to leave him alone."

Princess Xin Juelin was shocked.

She glanced at Elder Mo Fu, scrutinizing him from head to toe.

She pondered. This old man is a Sword Expert? Did he spend most of his life trying to understand sword and ignore his cultivation?

Elder Mo Fu snorted after being scrutinized.

He said, "I can hear you clearly. It's good that you know. If you want to visit this library, be respectful! MUST. BE. RESPECTFUL."

He emphasized his words after repeating it, stunning the three girls.

His expression became even more stern as he continued, "Treat the librarian with respect. Treat the library as if it is a pilgrimage."

He was silent for a while and warned them, "If you want your kingdom to remain intact, at least."

He was then satisfied.

After all, what could be more satisfying than inducing other people of how mysterious the library and the librarian was?

He then walked and passed them.

He heard the maid's voice echoing behind his back.

"Hump! That guy is bluffing! How could this ordinary library be extraordinary? Don't worry, Princess. There's no one in this kingdom that can threaten it. Definitely not from this librarian."

Elder Mo Fu snorted out loud and did not turn around.

However, when he reached a certain distance and found a narrow alley, he quickly hid himself and peeked towards the library.

They really went in!

He closed his eyes and exhaled a mouthful of air.

I wonder what will happen to this kingdom if they offend Mr. Liu Wei. Hopefully, they don't. I still want to become a Sword Master!

Once they reached the entrance of the library, Princess Jin Xuelin warned her personal maid.

"Behave Wang Chan. Don't speak a word. Let me talk to the librarian and assess him. We can't ignore the warning of a Sword Expert."

Sun Chan nodded and said, "I agree. From the Sword Expert's tone and body movement, especially when he gazed at the inside of the library, he seemed to fear and at the same time full of respect to the library and the librarian. We can't be careless."

Wang Chan lowered her head and felt wronged. Nevertheless, she listened to the Princess as she always did.

Once they entered the library, they paused and searched for the librarian.

A second later, the librarian came out from a library shelf near the opposite side of the wall.

He was wearing an apron, seemingly just finished cleaning dish washes.

His face lit up when he saw the customers.

He exclaimed, "Welcome to my library, please have a seat."

Princess Jin Xuelin narrowed her eyes and nodded. She led her personal maid and personal guard to the table and sat at the long chairs.

Due to how bulky and towering Sun Chan, she alone almost covered the long chair on the right side of the Princess.

Her personal maid sat beside the Princess, as she was also scrutinizing the librarian.

Liu Wei appeared easy-going and a bit enthusiastic.

In fact, it was the first time Liu Wei was so enthusiastic to welcome a customer.

After all, when he came to know about who his customer was this time from the system's mission, he could not help but tremble in excitement.

[Mission Initiated: Welcome the Princess of the Kingdom.

It's now time to clear your debts and earn more System Points.]

Obviously, he agreed with the System.

Rubbing his palm together, with a terrifying widened smile, he asked, "What do you want, Princess? Do you want to learn cultivation techniques, mine are all high level, of course with a price.

Do you want to learn Dao? I can give you an insight of an expert on a specific Dao. Do you want to learn alchemy? Do you want to be a refiner? Or a Beast Tamer? State what you want to learn and I'll give you a book for it."
