All the chaos eventually reached the ears of the warlock queen Eloise who sent the lead guardian, Dixon and the second-in-command Cora to find out what was going on.
Blood splattered everywhere as Rufus and the goblins fought while the other creatures cowered in terror, when Dixon and Cora arrived at the scenes, two goblins were dead, and one collapsed on the ground, in the blink of an eye, Dixon knocked Rufus unconscious. The was silence as Dixon unsleth his sword above rufus' head, peach gasped in horror when she realized he was going to kill him
"RUFUS!" Peach screamed as she ran towards the scenes
"Stop! don't kill him!! please!" she cried, but her plea was unanswered
"I SAID STOP!!" she thundered in a voice so deep it was unrecognizable, her blue eyes flashed white, a spin chilling aura filled the atmosphere
"YOU WILL STOP THIS INSTANT!" she said
Dixon surprised and angry clenched his teeth before putting his sword back in it's pelt
"APOLOGIZE!!" she ordered
"who do you think you are to….!!"
" I SAID APOLOGIZE!!" she thundered once more, her voice seemed to vibrate in the air
An unseen force drove Dixon to his knees
" I….I..I.. Apologize" he said, trembling
" good" Peach replied in her normal girly voice, her blue eyes no longer white, the air less tense
Rufus who had transformed back into a puppy laid on the floor, Peach carried Rufus in her arms before backing away
Just ten, the crowd of monsters gave way for the queen
"wow this certainly is a bit of a mess" she said
Peach looked at the queen who rode a magnificent blue Pegasus, the queen had long black hair and glowing gold eyes and a white skin, her beautiful face had a hint of tiredness in them.
"you two" she said sternly pointing at two goblins who watched the fight
"clean up this mess" she ordered
"yes her Majesty" they chorused and scurried to work
"welcome to the floral hollow,I'm Queen Eloise and I'm sorry for the inconveniences they were meant to attack any intruder" she said peaches eyes widened
" oh…"Peach exclaimed
"sorry" Charles said
"well as queen it's my duty to offer you four hospitality but I am VERY busy so Dixon and Cora, chop chop! escort them to the palace please" saying that Eloise flew off leaving them an awe
While many stared at the Queen who flew on her Pegasus, Nicky stared at dixon like her life depened on it, Charlie noticed this and snapped his fingers at her face
"Are you okay?" He asked
"NO, no I'm not okay at all" she replied, as she looked at him her eyes sparkled
"What?? What is it? Are you hurt?"
"No not really, that guy, dixon he's sooo cute!!" Nicky squealed as she stared at dixon
Dixon has long black hair, pale white skin, 6ft tall (Charles height), orange eyes that seemed to be glowing, and a very moody expression, he was cute, (just that he hates being called that and is a very short-tempered guy)
"Girl, have you seen the height difference and the obvious age gap between you two?" Charles asked
"Age is just a number"
Just them Cora approached them, she had milky white skin, plump pink lips, long black hair packed in a messy bun, and dark black eyes that beamed with curiosity and excitement.
"Hi there human" she greeted
"What's your name?" She asked peach
"I'm peach and this is my puppy-wolf Rufus, nice to meet you"
"Your adorable, care to join me on my unicorn?" Cora asked
"UNICORN??!!"
"Yep"
"AWESOME"
"Are you an elf?" Peach asked suddenly
"Yes! How'd you know?" Cora asked
"Well, you have long ears"
"Well yes but most creatures have long ears too"
"Good try anyway" Cora added
Cora carried peach who carried Rufus on her front
"I can't believe I'm sitting on a real life unicorn" peach muttered
Coras unicorn galloped at full speed, if she wasn't holding on to peach and Rufus, they would've flown away
"Um, dixon since your friends ride is full can we join you?"
"Yeah can we?" Charles asked
Dixon stared at the duo for a while before nodding
"Aren't you gonna carry me on your Pegasus like your friend did?" Nicky asked
"Am I supposed to? Your dad will do that for you?" Dixon replied
'he has such a deep voice ' Nicky thought dreamily
"Wait, my WHAT??!!" She snapped
"I'm her brother!!" Charles yelled angrily
Dixon ignored them and they climbed on his Black Pegasus
"You'd better hold on to your brother" dixon warned
Once they took of the duo clang on to dixon like their life depended on it, cause it did.
"PFT ew Nicky get ur hair off my face!!" Charles shouted whilst trying to get her hair off his mouth without using his hands (which clung to Dixon's shoulders)
"It's not my fault my hair is long and beautiful! Stop complaining" she retorted
Soon the palace came into view.
It was a breathtakingly beautiful castle with a sleek, modern design, surrounded by a vibrant sea of flowers in every color of the rainbow. The castle's exterior walls are made of gleaming white marble, accented with shimmering silver details and towering spires that seem to stretch up to the sky.Multiple towers of varying heights rise from the castle's roof, each one topped with a glittering crystal spire that catches the light. The castle's entrance is marked by a stunning silver gate, adorned with intricate floral patterns and delicate filigree details.
"Beautiful" Charles muttered
As they crossed the gate Peach, Rufus, Charles and Nicky felt like they had crossed an invisible force field
"WOW" peach gasped when coras unicorn came to a halt
"Your friends are over there" Cora announced when she saw dixon land
"Nicky! How did it feel?" Peach asked
"Huh?"
"Flying, how did it feel?" Peach asked
"Beautiful" she replied
"Come on, we'll escort you in" Cora said Leading the way
"We?" Dixon asked as he clenched his fists
"The Queen said WE not me" she hissed
They all caught up to Cora and asked questions which she answered a few, dixon walked far behind so as to avoid socializing
Nicky slowed her pace so he would be walking side by side with her
"What?!" He snapped
"Well, um I just wanted to say thank you for the ride….those other guys and their um.. chatting, ew gross, socializing, sooo not cool yeah PFT who needs them when we're chill on our own huh? They're dummies " she said as she copied his walking posture with her hands in her non-existing pockets
Dixon looked at the girl who tried to copy his style, she reminded him of his little brother, that made him smile for the first time in weeks.
Soon they approached the inner gates, peach noticed some creatures looked more human than others
"Do humans live here too?" She asked
"Few, the witches fortress is occupied by mainly white witches , wizards and warlocks and very few humans" Cora replied
"I grew up in the Elvestone palace though" she added
"Just how many places are there?" Peach asked
"Seven, the unicorn Stable, which is mainly occupied by massive horses, unicorns Pegasus, and Alicorns; the Elvestone palace, occupied by Lapercons and Elves, the goblin cave, the guardians fortress where all kinds of coexist for the sole purpose of protecting others" Cora explained
'if I hadn't been such a book nerd, I would've been stupified' peach thought as her big blue eyes stared into the soul of the second in command next to her
"...then there's the Witches fortress and the palace of fairies…"
"Fairies?!"
"Fairies, they're really unpredictable, and most of them are short tempered but still, they're amazing, I could take you sometime, with the Queen or Kings permission of course"
"So, each palace is ruled by a king?" Peach asked.
"A duke, the Queen of the witches fortress rules all seven palaces, but the dukes rule them individually…I don't know if I'm making sense to you" she said looking at the tiny blonde figure beside her
"You are"
"Each palace is separated by a barrier like an invisible wall"
"Wow…"
When they entered the castle, the trio gasped
The marble floors gleam under the soft glow of crystal chandeliers, casting a warm and welcoming light throughout the expansive foyer, golden drapes hanging from the tall windows, blowing gently the soft breeze that carries the scent of flowers from the gardens
At the top of the daisies which was a ten feet from of them sat a man, who peach could guess is the king, he had short curly Eco green hair, ocean blue eyes and cream white skin with his golden crown placed on his head as he looked down on them, Peach could see curiosity in his eyes,Queen Eloise was nowhere to be found
"His majesty, King Amir, we bring you guests" Cora and Dixon chorused before Bowing their heads.
Dixon glared at the trio, telling them to bow before he'd cut off their heads. Charles got the signal and forcefully pulled his sister and her best friends heads down
"So you're the visitors my wife has been expecting, I heard you caused a bit of havoc"
"The Queen is busy I'm sorry, you three must be hungry, care to join me for lunch?"Amir asked
But before anyone could reply, Queen Eloise came running in, she wore and apron on her pink dress which was already stained with vomit, her hair was a mess and her eyes showed extreme exhaustion.
"Please accept my deepest apologies, you may have lunch with us, we will gladly escort you to the great…"
The screams of babies could be heard down the hall
"Another tantrum?!" Amir muttered
"Amy, escort them could you?" Eloise said as she ran in the direction the screams came from followed by Cora, leaving Amir blushing and shocked that his wife would reveal the nickname she gave him to the guests
"Come with me" said the King
