"Aagghh!!"

I had just had probably the strangest dream. I remember a world vastly different than the one we all call home. Although it was a dream that place did feel oddly familiar as if it had a deeper connection to me rather than just being a dream that my subconscious decided to create. Perhaps this feeling is just some Déjà vu and has no real meaning. Even though I know that this dream couldn't be real I just can't shake this discerning feeling; No matter how much I disregard that dream I just can't get it out of my head.

"Oh crap!!! I am going to be late!"

I did not realize just how much time I've spent in bed thinking about such a benign worry. I hastily dress myself in my uniform and head downstairs into the kitchen; I've barely buttoned my shirt and tightened my belt before I am throwing a couple of Pop-Tarts into the toaster. Checking the time once again I see that it reads 7:05 which is bad news because my bus will arrive in 5 minutes. Thankfully my bag got left on the couch from yesterday. Thank god my mother was too tired to put it away or I would be in a heap of trouble just flying looking for it, but I don't have time to think about what ifs because if I miss my bus mom is gonna kill me!

Thankfully I make it out the door just in time as the bus stops in front of my house. I greet the driver with a pop tart in my mouth and find my assigned seat which thankfully I am one of the lucky ones and have a window seat in the back. James one of my classmates was unfortunately not as lucky. James is a bit of a troublemaker and has earned himself a bit of a reputation; that being one of sticking paper clips into outlets and disassembling phones to make miny tasers, so of course he is sitting right next to the driver. As if my luck never runs out the chick that sits next to me is one of my schools hot body seniors, granted she is a grade above me, but I can still recognize a smoking hot babe when I see one, and I will be damned if she don't meet that criteria with her tall slender figure and long amber hair that pairs perfectly in contrast to her navy blue eyes. I most definitely would tap that. Continuing on I do make small talk with her when I can but regrettably she could not seem less interested in me, she said something along the lines of "eww, I already have a boyfriend leave me alone you creep" I honestly don't know she would then go on to complain about how she hears how I describe her body while I am with my friends but persistence is key in love.

The bus drops us off at our school right as the bell rings, which means it is another day of boring lectures and teachers who could not be paid to give a damn about whether we learn anything or not. I sit down in my homeroom which is unfortunately my English class. Now I won't say I am retarded or anything but I have never been good with English and at this point it seems more like a punishment for sucking so bad than a class which is supposed to help me learn and improve. I set my bag down by my desk and lower myself into my seat next to Daniel whom I have known for almost ten years now. I definitely wouldn't say we are best buds but I do consider him a friend and we get along pretty well, but the main reason I hang around him is because he is pretty attractive and maybe just maybe I can get in on some of that fun juicy action he is always seemingly busy with. And I swear I don't swing that way, I fact I am as straight as a pencil; I just want some girls to look my way for once you know.

Just as I was about to strike up a conversation with Daniel something caught my attention, but before I could fully see what it was all I saw was white, as my vision slowly started to come back I could clearly see glowing symbols on the ground. From the looks on everyone's faces, no one knows where they came from or how they suddenly just appeared. I turn to look at Daniel, but instead of my friend I am met with a skeletal imprint of him blasted on the wall.
