Chapter 48 : It's just the way it is

Simon put Tom into the back of the truck, picks his shotgun from the ground which was half buried in sand, He loads it and turned the key to start the truck but it doesn't start in the first try it's because Tom landed on top of the engine. Simon checks the engine and figure out what was messed up and fixed it. He is very good with cars so it was as easy as drinking water for him.
He drove over and take Realist with him by hitting him with the truck.
Realist hangs on the hood, He is surprised by the kind of move played by Simon, First he thought some enemy did this cause he has a lot of enemies. He said," The f*ck you doing? Which side are you on motherf*cker.
Simon gets offended and replied," N*gga I am saving a$$"
Simon is driving at 100 kilometers per hour and he pressed the gas to go faster than that because he saw Kaito how fast he is and Simon saw him back in the city too where he was about to kill Realist but leave him for no reason.
Realist climb into the front seat from the hood, His wounds completely healed. He complained to Simon by fleeing the area by saying ," Man you disrespected us and remove our pants on every stage"
Simon yelled ," Motherf*cker I saved your a$$, He was about to f*ck you for real and you complaining to me like a little b*tch, grow up motherf*cker, You are type of men who cry for kills in videogames and sh*t"
When the truck speed reach 200 kilometers per hour, Simon signs a relief and look back just to check how much distance he covered.
Kaito is hanging on the back of the truck with one hand which is moving at 200 km/h.
When Simon saw him, he shouted in the ear of Realist in panicked mode ," look back n*gga, That motherf*cker is still on us"
"F*ccccccck, stop shouting in my ear" Realist said to Simon.
Realist picked Simon's shotgun, He breaks the glass which separates the front seats from the back of the truck, The glass shattered with one blow, He braced the shotgun on the separating metal or the bulkhead and fires all the 7 shells at Kaito. All the pallets inside the every shell, hits Kaito. But his grip on which he is holding on to the truck does not loosen a bit.
The pallets bounce off his body like kid's rubber balls. It does not show any sign of damage on his body.Kaito pulls himself on to the cargo (Back of the truck) and He looked at realist and said ," I am going to kill you, you can not run forever, you cannot run forever"
Realist ego got hurt and he said," You think I am running from you, I will f*ck you up just like I f*ck your family"
Kaito walked forward stepping over Tom who is unconscious and carried by Simon on to the back of the truck.
Realist opens his side of the door and jump to the cargo area of the truck. Realist activate 2nd form of Reality ," let's be real, I am the realist I always tells the truth no matter what the consequences are? And I am telling you that I am not responsible for the killing of your mother and your disable brother and your other brothers... That was just a self defense"
Kaito is stunned from what Realist said. He quietly stands there for some time and then smiled in grieve and said ," Your truth or whatever you called it 'Reality'..... won't return my family...... and It's just like you said I will kill you to avenge my family and you will kill me to protect yourself it's just the way it is even though I know you are not lying"
"So it's just the way it is huh" Realist replied.
Tom gets up and hold Kaito in the chokehold, kaito put his fingers into the hold to loosen the hold but Realist start throwing punches into his stomach, Kaito kicks Realist and throws Tom at him by front flipping. The front flip shaken the truck and Tom and Realist end up on the same side opposite to Kaito.
"A f*cking police officer is siding with the terrorist, it's not surprising but sad in some way" Kaito expressed his thoughts and gave Tom one last chance to change his mind and join him but Tom refused by saying we are police so we will not take any decisions on behalf of our personal goals.
"Personal Goals????" Kaito yelled," This motherf*cker killed my family, you stupid b*tch"
"You just said it, he didn't, Yeah I heard" Tom replied.
"Ok f*ck it I will kill both of you" l
Kaito attacked, Realist jumped but still Kaito connects his punch on to one of his foot which breaks his foot removing his foot off along with the shoe.
Realist regenerates his foot in the air and lands on the hood of the truck, The hood is so hot , it burnt the skin out of his foot. It's because it is moving at 200 km/h in blazing sun on the sunny afternoon in the desert.
"Motherf*cking motherf*cker, it burnt the sh*t out me cuz" Realist said to Simon
When Kaito attacked Tom ducked so he and picked Kaito and power slam him on the truck which rises the front wheels into the air along with Realist.
Realist jumped and land his kick on to the face of Kaito which embedded his head inside the surface of the cargo area.
Kaito is a major, he does not careless, kicks Realist while lying down which sent him flying into the front seat through the cab partition or divider.
Kaito his feet around Tom's body and put him into a guillotine ( A way to choke a person but from the front).
Tom is punching Kaito in the stomach to loosen his hold but it's not helping. The connector between his head and the artificial backbone start compressing which makes a creaking sound. He panicks, if the connector breaks then he won't be able to move until a new backbone is installed inside his body.
In panicked mode he picks Kaito and smashed him on the surface of the cargo area due to which the hand of Kaito which is wrapped around his neck applied so much force on his neck that it breaks the connector.
Tom stop moving, his body is numb to make any kind of movement.
