I was dumbfounded; to say that I was speechless at that moment wouldbe an understatement because staring at her, many things were already in my mind to do to her, but I could not do them because I was scared that I was going to hurt my child, and for some reason, I was also worried about hurting her.
"Cassandra, you do not want us to go this path again, do you? I already told you I don't want to hurt you; please don't put me in that position," I begged her, but she wouldn't listen; instead, she began to take slow steps towards me, making me wonder what she wanted to do.
"You don't know that. Either you provide Doctor Alex for me right now, or you let me go and see Emily. I am tired of you bossing me around; I need this," she said to me, and I was dumb.
