Chapter 6 - Ep. 6. It wasn't dream

At home,

Theo went straight to the bathroom, peeling off his clothes as if they were suffocating him. The cold water of the shower poured over his skin, but it didn't wash away the memory. He closed his eyes, leaning his forehead against the tile, trying to convince himself it had all been a dream — a vivid, terrifying hallucination.

But when he stepped out and wiped the steam from the mirror,

he saw the mark — faint but unmistakable — a small, dark bruise on the side of his neck. His breath caught in his throat as he stared at the reflection, fingers trembling as he touched the spot....

Theo: It wasn't a dream..

his breath still unsteady. The mark on his neck burned like a brand, a reminder that no amount of denial could erase. He touched it gently, his fingers trembling.

Theo : *This isn't possible,* he thought. *It had to be a nightmare. It couldn't have been real…*

Theo : If the mark was real, then so was everything else — the book, the demon king, and the impossible bond between them. And in that quiet moment, Theo knew that nothing in his life would ever be the same again.

Yet he couldn't shake the memory of Abyzou's touch — the way his words had wrapped around Theo like a spell, the way his lips had lingered on his skin. The rush of heat, the softness in his eyes… none of it felt like a dream.

He pulled on some clothes with shaking hands, He pushed himself to his feet, wrapping a towel around his waist and stumbling back to his room, every nerve in his body thrumming with restless energy. His mind raced, tangled with fear and a flicker of something else — something that felt like longing.

The memory of Abyzou's voice echoed in his mind, soft and haunting: "In every life, in every story, it has always been you." The words made his heart race and his stomach twist

His thoughts swirled like a storm,

Theo : *What did he mean , what he want, why me, why now? — *, chewing on his lip. *

He stopped in the middle of the room, taking a deep breath as he tried to steady the frantic beat of his heart.

Theo : "This is insane,I don't even believe in this stuff… demons, destiny… it's just stories. Isn't it?" I'm just normal university student.* he whispered to himself.

Theo flopped onto his bed, staring at the ceiling. He couldn't tell anyone about this. Who would believe him? Even he barely believed it himself.

Theo's fingers went to the bruise on his neck again, the mark Abyzou had left — proof that the night before wasn't just a feverish hallucination.

The memories he'd glimpsed in the library — flashes of fire and shadow, of a love that burned through the ages — they felt like fragments of something real. Something buried so deep it took Abyzou's touch to bring it back to life.

He tried to steady his breathing, but his chest felt tight, every breath shuddering with questions he couldn't answer.

Theo : (What am I supposed to do now?,What does this mean?)*He thought*

Theo : *I have to find that book again. It all started with that book.*
