Qinuo handed over the pendant in his hand.
"I'm impressed by your abilities. Do you want to work for me? It's legitimate income."
Flint carefully put away the pendant, knowing he had no right to refuse, and asked, "How much?"
"Three hundred thousand dollars," Qinuo stated his compensation.
"Not enough. I need 1 million. Give it to me within a day, and I'll sell my life to you," Flint shook his head and said firmly.
"My daughter's medical bills are already 100,000 in arrears. At least 1 million is needed to cure her illness."
Gwen felt a bit conflicted. Was he robbing for his daughter?
"No problem, sign it."
Qinuo pulled out a black demon contract. Sandman's potential was very strong; with enough sand, he could even briefly contend with him.
Flint took it and looked. One million, no problem. He picked up the pen to sign, but suddenly saw something at the beginning and his eyes widened.
"Did you make a mistake?!"
Qinuo frowned, took it, and looked.
"I pay a monthly salary of one million. As an employee, you will become my lifelong subordinate. Isn't that right?" Qinuo said with a puzzled expression.
"One million a month!"
The Police were astonished, hardly believing their ears. Where did this great benefactor come from?
"No, Qinuo, you don't have that much money."
Gwen also couldn't help but say.
Flint looked at Qinuo with disbelief, his eyes full of suspicion. He wasn't playing a trick, was he?
"Didn't I tell you? I'm a shareholder of Stark Industries, holding twenty percent of the shares," Qinuo tilted his head and said.
"Absolutely not." Gwen realized there were many things about her boyfriend she didn't know.
"Want to sign? After-tax salary."
Qinuo shook the contract in his hand, the paper making a "rustling" sound.
"Yes, Boss!"
Flint didn't hesitate, quickly signed his name on the contract with astonishing speed, as if afraid that if he was a step late, the contract would disappear.
He had thought it was one million a year.
Who doesn't know Stark Industries, a big company worth hundreds of billions.
"Right now. Tell me your card number." Qinuo said as he took out his phone, planning to have Lei Xiaogu transfer the money.
"Boss, I just got out of prison. My ID and cards are all frozen. Can I get cash?"
Flint scratched his head, saying somewhat awkwardly.
"..."
Qinuo's gaze shifted to the two bags of stolen money on the ground. There was indeed ready cash.
A slender figure blocked Qinuo's view.
"This won't do. And if you recruit him as your subordinate, the losses he just caused must also be compensated."
Gwen said, crossing her arms over her chest.
If he hadn't killed anyone this time, she would have sent him to prison no matter what.
"I was just looking, not saying I would rob."
Qinuo could only reluctantly shift his gaze, turning it to Gwen's slender figure.
Wearing that tight-fitting suit, Gwen's exquisite curves were perfectly outlined.
Her slender waist was easily spanned, her long legs straight and strong, coupled with her shapely figure, full of charm and allure.
"What are you looking at?" Gwen shyly turned away to avoid his gaze.
But because of this, it outlined the alluring curve behind her, making her appear even more graceful.
"Nothing, just thinking of getting you a new combat suit."
Qinuo's gaze did not waver at all, righteous and bold. What was there not to look at with his own girlfriend?
Gwen felt a bit hot all over from his fiery gaze, ran behind him, and forcefully turned his head towards Flint.
"Stop looking, you deal with his matter first!" Gwen playfully scolded.
"You mean once it's handled, I can look as much as I want?" Qinuo's lips curled into a smirk, carrying a hint of mischief.
"Absolutely not!" Gwen stomped her foot in annoyance.
Flint lowered his head, not daring to breathe, his heart uneasy. He had almost hit his boss's beloved just now.
Qinuo looked outside the door and called out loudly, "Coulson, come here and help."
Coulson walked in steadily from the doorway. He had obviously heard what just happened.
"Qinuo, what do you need my help with?"
"You know perfectly well. Clean up his identity, and I can answer a common piece of intelligence for you."
Qinuo rolled his eyes exasperatedly.
"No problem. In ten minutes, Flint Marko's criminal record will be completely expunged. He will be an ordinary citizen," Coulson said without hesitation.
Gwen watched this quid pro quo without saying anything, and the Police did the same, acting as if they hadn't seen anything.
This country was like this; as long as there was enough exchange of interests, you could do anything.
Flint, on the other hand, was excited, his body trembling slightly with joy. He could now openly go and see his daughter.
"Flint, go to this address and find a man named Lei Xiaogu. He will advance you one million."
Qinuo said, handing him a slip of paper.
Qinuo turned to the Police and said, "You all go too. Each person gets ten thousand, the injured get fifteen thousand, and the damages caused will be compensated at the original price. Flint, this money will be deducted from your next month's salary."
"Oh yeah!"
The Police and the armored car guards all cheered, their excitement overflowing. Ten thousand dollars was two months of their income!
Especially the armored car guard who had been knocked out, he looked at Flint gratefully, as if their previous conflict had never happened.
Flint also had no objections. He would soon get a million dollars, so what was a small deduction?
"Is this good enough?"
Qinuo looked at Gwen with a smile.
"Just so-so."
Though Gwen said that, the corner of her mouth under her mask unconsciously curled up.
"Go to the ggsh restaurant. Pamela and the others are there too. I'll be over in a bit," Qinuo said.
"Mm."
Gwen nodded, turned, and left gracefully, her figure looking exceptionally beautiful in the sunlight.
Coulson pondered.
Ghost-Spider's identity was no secret to them.
He could promote her father's position, doing a favor.
After everyone left, Qinuo looked at Coulson.
"Hurry up and ask. My date today isn't over yet."
"The address of the Sorcerer Supreme."
"This intelligence isn't as cheap as you think."
Coulson wasn't disappointed; he was just trying.
"A hammer fell from the sky in New Mexico yesterday. Do you know its origin?"
"I actually do know that. Do you know Norse mythology?" Qinuo raised an eyebrow, building suspense.
"Don't tell me the gods are descending upon the human world," Coulson said with a wry smile.
"It's not that extreme. Simply put, it's the story of Thor making a mistake, being cast down to the mortal realm by Odin to undergo trials and regain his strength."
"What should we do?"
Coulson was somewhat worried. A meeting between humans and gods, this was an unprecedented situation.
"Don't be nervous. You just need to protect him, don't disturb his trials, and even provide some assistance in your actions. You can treat it as a diplomatic encounter with an alien."
Qinuo said, his expression relaxed, as if it was no big deal.
