"Alright, suit yourself."
Ye Qiu sighed. The waves of heat washed over Xiao Wu's face, causing it to flush instantly. Her body went limp, leaning against Ye Qiu.
"Ye Qiu~ Why didn't you wait for Xiao Wu at the agreed-upon place?" Xiao Wu's delicate voice was soft and gentle. She was already a Soul Ancestor and didn't receive a Soul Master subsidy. She relied on Ye Qiu for food and necessities.
"I had some urgent matters to attend to."
