The Silent Angel just stood there smiling at him. And Max couldn't deny that he had the KINDEST smile ever. He finally opened his eyes and looked at Max, still smiling nonetheless. His wings stretched outward, feathers falling to his feet, but disappearing to the whiteness below it. To be fair, they weren't really "standing" on anything, it was just pure white everywhere.
Max didn't really know how to start a conversation with his previous avatar. He just put his hands in his pockets and stared at the ground, bringing up the awkwardness between them...
Max: Hmm...this is pretty awkward...umm like....how you doing..?
The Angel must looked at as if saying "seriously? I'm dead...!". Max immediately apologised and remembered he hadn't thanked him yet.
Max: Umm...sorry about that. I'm very bad at handling conversations. And also.....thanks for all the help you gave me there in that fight against Sarzar. Couldn't have done it without you...
The Angel just bowed in a curtsey as if saying "you're welcome" , which made him even more gentlemanly. Max just smiled at him. And then the silence filled the white void between them again. The Silent Angel was really living up to his name.
Max: Like....isn't this like a mind scape? You can't even speak in here??
The Angel put his fingers to his chin, wondering the same thing. Then he shrugged his shoulders, lifting both his arms to his elbow level almost implying "I don't know too". Max just sighed.
Max: Okay...umm like...is there a purpose for this visit...? Are you gonna be in my head forever..?
The Silent Angel smiled and shook his head. Then he started flying with his wings as Max saw his figure slowly blending in with the white around him. He was literally fading away like an angel. Max's blue-ringed eyes locked with the blue-ringed eyes of the Silent Angel. And for a second he forgot everything.
The Silent Angel had something important to show him. Something from his own time. A collection of memories...related to a very important person.

0005 C.X. , the Fourth Age - Age of Creation.
The Angel sat on the huge rock between the beach and the ocean. He stared at the almost peaceful horizon but could see the huge shadow of the Tower to his right. Angel didn't care. He just wanted to see the ocean. At five years old he had blue eyes and wore rags. He was shirtless due to huge wings he had folded behind his back. He smiled at the waves hitting the rock, when suddenly he heard a sword being drawn.
The Angel took a look back to see a very grown woman, who looked like she was about twenty. She was wearing tight clothes, equipped with armour. She was about five feet taller than The Angel. She had a very pretty face and had a smaller chest, compared to other women. Her long black flowing hair danced around in the breeze, as she raised the sword above her head and pointed at him.
Woman: Be ready, Avatar Of Perseverance, for I am about to behead you for honor. I am Knightley of the Ameliorates!! Prepare to die!!!
The woman was Knightley, one of the very first Ameliorates, here to assassinate the child that was also an Avatar of God. Angel just smiled back at her, his eyes shining at her. For some reason he didn't sense any hostility from her. She kept raising her sword intending to slash him, but all she could see was a child.
Knightley: Fine....let me state this before you perish. I was created about a few months ago....so I'm way younger than you!! Your child-like appearance wouldn't bother me!!
The Angel continued smiling at her and kept a palm in his cheek as if he was mocking her. This annoyed Knightley. She lowered her blade, despite wanting honor.
Knightley: A lot of the Ameliorates still don't believe something like you exists...so I'll kill you and get the honor of being one of Lord Puppis's recognized Knights! But.....killing an unguarded child will just shame me as a coward. I'll kill you when the time comes!!
Knightley stated that as she turned and walked away, The Angel watching her walk away. She turned back once, pouting at him, and for some reason, the Angel sort of liked her.

Knightley waited while taking an entire restaurant hostage, to see if the Angel would respond. Seaside edge was one of the most populated areas after the surging of the Towers through the ground. Their Lord Puppis had made sure that none can run away, by giving them the fear of God. Yet Puppis never acted on his own. He would send his trusty Ameliorates to get more slaves or anything he would ever desire. Seaside Edge would go for years without being harmed by the Tower-folk, thanks to the latter being lazy immortal beings. But Knightley was always impatient. She then saw the shirtless teenager walking through the streets towards her.
Knightley smiled at her prize towards honor, but as soon as she removed her sword, she realised that he was still shorter than her and much more scrawnier. She put the sword back in her sheath.
Knightley: How long does it take you to grow up??? Are humans always THIS slow??
Knightley must angrily stormed off as the Angel just smiled and helped the people that were terrified of her. Everyone just thanked The Angel, but all he could see was the pouting Knightley. He really liked her a lot. He wanted to see her even more, for some reason.
0018 C.X.
Knightley appeared in front of him as he was playing a game of football with a few others from his village. She arrived still looking the same and the other guys started checking her out. Her finely tuned body made the teenagers fall for her immediately. But the Angel walked to them and pointed at the Tower and at her. The boys immediately understood that she was an Ameliorate. They started running for their lives, but Angel didn't. He waited for her to come there. But she just sat at the beach looking at the Tower.
The Angel walked upto her and placed his hand on her shoulders to see her turn with tears in her eyes. This made the Angel take a few steps back. He was confused on what would make her feel pain. She wiped her tears and just sat back down.
Knightley: I was kicked off by the LORD himself. It seems...I'm a failure. I'm immortal ...but I still age it seems. Wrinkles started appearing in my face....it's something that the other Ameliorates don't have.
The angel sat beside her listening to her woes. She saw him just sitting there and felt angry.
Knightley: Just because of that, don't think you are off the hook!! I haven't told anyone yet about your existence!! Cause I want the reward myself. Just you wait. I'll destroy you in combat and deliver the Lord your head and regain my status as an Ameliorate!!
The Angel silently patted her on her shoulder as if encouraging her...but all it did was enrage her. She got up and started walking away.
Ater that night as it stormed out, she slept on the beach because people were terrified of Ameliorates. She was immortal anyway so she would heal even if people tried killing her. She slept out in the cold, shivering the whole night as it rained . She tightly held herself close, still tearing up over her loss, as she hugged herself and put herself in the sand, in the cold night. Suddenly the rain stopped just over her as she saw a shadow below her. She opened her eyes and looked up to see the shape of a man with wings hovering above her, stopping the raindrops.
She knew it was him, and felt annoyed. The Angel flew towards her, stopping the rain on her with his huge wings.
Knightley: I didn't ask for your hel-
Before she could continue he put his arms on her and lifted her up and started flying in the air towards the lighthouse. Knightley struggled but ultimately gave out as the muscular Angel carried her safely to the lighthouse and placed her inside the top room. She looked at him, her eyes brown in the warm light. The Angel flew away and she started undressing her wet clothes and was shocked to see the Angel back with a towel. She covered herself and took his towel, all the while the Angel didn't look at her. He then flew away for the night, as Knightley slept safely.

Lightning striked as the Inhuman Mammoth creatures were released on Seaside Edge. It was thanks to the Ameliorate named Durandr, who discovered that human flesh tasted good. He wanted a stampede so that he can taste blood in the air. Knightley sighed as she watched from the lighthouse where people ran in every direction. At this point she had been living here for a few years, hoping to be called back.
She got bored seeing the random monsters attack and she turned to get away from the window when she saw a feather in the air. She immediately went back to see the handsome long haired, Angel flying in the air rescuing an old woman and a few kids from the mammoths. He then punched a Mammoth taking it down with the force of a dragon. He started flying towards their Master Durandr and punched him in the face. Durandr got up intending to kill him, but still confused, but he was unsuccessful. The Angel easily defeated his enemy, and the town was filled with cheers of his victory.
The village folk ran to him and lifted him up, celebrating him as their hero as the kids thanked him for saving them. The Angel was very happy, grinning, seeing everyone safe and sound. The mammoths had all vanished with the defeat of Durandr. The smiling Angel immediately looked at lighthouse window to see the look on Knightley. Knightley knew that he could easily see her with his blue eyes, so she immediately hid the smile and pouted at him and went back in, flipping her hair. The Angel just smiled, liking her even more.
0027 C.X.
Knightley had challenged the Angel to a duel. She had worn her full armour and the battle was to be held on top of the Local Townhouse. Spectators did not know of her existence so they genuinely didn't know what to do with her. A very manly Angel stood opposite to her ready to fight.
Immediately the fight began as she tried striking him from different sides. It had been a few years since she fought, so she was rusty, but she was determined to win. Yet for some reason...she couldn't hit him at all. She was holding back, despite knowing that the Angel would still win even if she was serious.
The Angel dodged all her attacks easily and held her by her hip and pulled her closer smiling at her, his lips just a few centimetres away from her very own. She immediately blushed and her eyes started twitching. Her grip on her sword loosened, looking at the Angel next to her. He was now way taller than her, as he held her in his arms. Knightley started breathing hard, but the Angel just let go of her and stepped back, laughing at her. She pouted and threw the sword at him and walked away.
Knightley: This ain't over!! Ya hear me???!?!
She stormed out and went back to the lighthouse.
That very night, The Angel brought her food and gave it to her. She started eating. Ever since that day, about nine years ago he had been bringing her food everyday and eating with her. She didn't require food to survive, but she didn't want to tell him that. For some reason...she wanted to see him. Every single day.
And in the silence of the night, they ate together. And once they were done, the Angel would fly out, waving at her. The moment he flew away, she blushed very hard and then try to deceive herself that she did not.
0031 C.X.
Knightley woke up to seeing scars on her face and many wrinkles. She was aging faster. Her body was not keeping up. She was slower than before. She had challenged the Angel multiple times and lost every single one...but she knew that she couldn't even fight anymore. The townsfolk had started ignoring her even if she walked the roads, deeming her "not a threat". Knightmey didn't care.
As she stayed in the shopping hall, she was visited by the Angel. She immediately started hiding her face with a shawl, hoping he wouldn't see it. But that's the first thing he did. He removed her shawl and saw the wrinkles on her face.
Knightley: It's funny right? I'm years younger than you and yet look older than you...
Knightley looked up expecting the Angel to be disgusted with her face. But he simply smiled and touched her wrinkled chin, and slowly caressed her with his thumb. Warm emotions started flowing through Knightley, so she immediately withdrew herself and walked away from him in a faster pace, as the Angel stood there in confusion. She didn't want the Angel to know how fast her heart was beating.
0033 C.X.
Knightley simply liked being alone now. Her face has started changing. There were wrinkles around her face and body, but she still looked objectively beautiful. But she knew that in a few years time, she would shrink and shrivel. And the thought of her living forever in that state horrified her. She avoided going out and had once snapped at the Angel. The Angel had stopped coming everyday and limited himself to a few times a month. He was always busy saving the world from other threatening Ameliorates. She didn't want to admit it, but she wanted to see him.
He had gone away a few months back and hadn't returned. She didn't care as she was immortal and she knew he would be back some day. After all he was strong.
She roamed the market place in the beach, looking for something to wear. It was evening as the setting sun cast an orange veil over the town. She found stuff that she liked and stuff she didn't. She was unsure on which to buy, with the limited money she had. If she wanted to she could force the sellers to give away everything, but that would disappoint the Angel. And she didn't want that.
Suddenly from the corner of her eye she saw someone behind her. She quickly turned to look at the Angel smiling and hiding something behind his back.
Knightley: Oh...you are back, huh? What is it that you are hiding behind you..?
The Angel simply smiled, refusing to show her.
Knightley: Show me NOW!! I don't like this!!
The Angel loved annoying her. He immediately gave her a huge bouquet of flowers that he had brought from somewhere. The shopkeepers blushed at this bold display of affection. Some of the ladies even cheered him on. Knightley was taken aback by this, but she couldn't resist the puppy smile that he had. She reluctantly took the bouquet and asked him.
Knightley: Something for me, from your time away..?
The Angel nodded at her, smiling as usual. She smelled the flowers and the scent was beautiful. She could almost imagine herself standing at the field these were taken from.
Knightley: Ahem.....thank you..
The Angel simply bowed down, as if saying "you're welcome"
He then looked at the clothes she was looking at and turned to her confused and in sign asked her what she wanted.
Knightley: Oh nothing. I just wanted to buy some clothes. Am just trying to choose the best one... I just can't seem to choose.
The Angel lifted his index finger, asking her to wait and went through the clothes. He then picked a red dress for her and gave it to her. Wearing it would give her a dignified look. She smiled at this, but quickly hid it.
She then gave her the Dairhos for the dress, but the Angel stopped her and gave the money instead. She felt annoyed by this and noticed a white suit for men in the back and bought it with her money. She then gave it to him.
Knightley: I'm giving this to you. You wear this.
The Angel simply smiled and asked her to look at the bouquet that he had handed her earlier. She quickly noticed that there was a letter in there. She opened it and all it said was a time and place.
It said:
"TONIGHT - YOU AND ME- SIGURD'S RESTO AND BAR- 9 P.M. - I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU"
Knightley read it and exchanged a confused glance at him. But he simply smiled. Knightley then nodded.
Knightley: Okay.....will see you there...you know you can tell me what it is right now, right??
The Angel immediately shook his head and told her no. He then picked his white suit and started flying to his home, waving at her. Knightley saw his excited face, but she didn't know what he was intending to say. She went home and wore the red dress that he had bought her. She looked at the mirror in front of her. She noticed everything wrong with her. Her almost freckled body and smiling face. She couldn't help but smile, knowing she got to eat with him again after so many months. Yet she bad to hide from him. She didn't know why...but she liked him and his idiocy.
She slowly walked towards the Sigurd's building that she had been to, a few times. As she slowly walked in the red dress and the bouquet in her hand, her heart started beating fast. But then her eyes widened.
Right in front of the restaurant was their Lord and Commander of the Tower, Puppis Naos. Beside him were a few Ameliorates that she had met and some she didn't know. And below Puppis's feet was The Angel bleeding through his white suit. The white suit was completely red now matching her dress. He just silently looked at her through his dying blue eyes on the floor. He slowly gave a little smile, despite dying. Puppis Naos raised his huge hammer and then killed him immediately, crushing his skull in the process. The Silent Angel died.
Knightley just sighed and dropped the bouquet on the floor and walked away. She didn't care. He was just a human anyway. A human that would've died far before she did anyway. He was nothing to her. After all, all she wanted was to kill him, and her Master did. The only reason she was disappointed was because she didn't get to kill him and retake her honor.
She didn't care for his stupid smile. She didn't care that he always stood by her. After all, she was a monster. An Ameliorate. And an outcast, even amongst the monsters. She was nothing to anyone. And no was anything to her. She didn't care. She talked to herself saying this over and over, as tears trickled down her skin, falling on the beach. As she kept walking her knees felt weak, as she remembered his kind smile, from the very first time they met, twenty-eight years ago. And she didn't know what he wanted to say. As soon as entered the lighthouse, she fell to her knees, bawling her eyes out, convincing herself that she didn't care.
Knightley: What...were you trying to tell me...?? TELL ME NOW, PLEASE!!!
As the sun rose the next day, the town was filled with cries from various people who saw him as a hero. But none matched the cries of pain that Knightley had.
