SEASON 2 -CHAPTER 101 (THE STARTING OF A DISASTER)

"The Head of the Maza Empire"

"Oi, brat. You think you're some big shot just because you cleared the Tower or som"

"Bruh."

The word cut through him.

Flux exhaled sharply, rubbing his face as if tired of hearing the same noise again and again.

"You think that did something?" he said. "No. All it did was tell me the truth about my potential."

Silence cracked the air.

"Haaaah…" Flux sighed. "You people keep fighting and fighting while I'm inside the Tower.

Everyone just wants blood. I'm sick of this shit."

He lifted his eyes.

"Fine. If you want a fight—bring it on."

A thin smile followed.

"The end result will be your vaporization."

The Head grimaced. "Tch… this brat"

"Just fight me," Flux said calmly. "Then you'll know."

He stepped forward, voice lowering.

"The things you're clinging to-what you think is real-are just lies leading you to death. What I have is different."

His ruby eyes gleamed.

"I have the realization of truth itself."

A pause.

"You can try as many times as you want," Flux continued. "But in front of me… you can do nothing."

He tilted his head slightly.

"Can you?"

Hiko watched him in silence.

Annoying brat, he thought.

But… he wasn't wrong.

He's speaking truth while trying to find a deeper one.

Hiko's eyes widened—something clicked.

"Flux," he said slowly. "I know it's impossible right now… but do you truly want to know the truth of reality?"

Flux blinked.

"…Huh?"

Then, indifferent. "If I say yes, so what?"

Hiko straightened, confidence sharpening his voice.

"Then what if we team up to find it?"

"Huh?!

.

.

.

Flux scoffed, glancing past him.

"What can you even do after bringing this whole army of nothingness?"

He sneered.

"Look at you-bringing an army just to ask for a team-up. Are you even a real man?"

Hiko shook his head. "Forget them. Just me and you."

"…And what do I get," Flux asked, "by teaming up with you?"

"Everything," Hiko answered without hesitation. "Because you have limitless strength"

"And I have the mind."

"Together," he said quietly, "we can do something."

He met Flux's gaze.

"So? What do you say?"

A voice echoed inside Flux's head.

White (telepathically): Hmm. Brat… team up. He's good enough to be the brain. I can guarantee that.

"…Wait," Flux muttered. "Let me confirm something first."

He looked back at Hiko.

"So you're saying you're serious."

A pause.

"How can I believe you?"

"Say anything," Hiko replied.

Flux's smile widened—sharp, cruel.

"Alright."

He pointed behind Hiko.

"Kill that head-of-shit empire leader standing there."

The Head froze.

"N-no-'p-please, Sir H-Hiko!"

Without a word, Hiko began charging his Sector.

Power condensed. Space distorted.

"Hah," Flux chuckled. "Enough. I just needed confirmation."

The pressure vanished.

Hiko disabled his move.

"…Now can we talk?"

Flux turned away. "Yeah. Come."

He glanced back once.

"To the White Holy Castle."

Hiko nodded. "You go first. We don't have time."

"It's already in front of us."

Flux stepped forward.

"Alright."
