Chapter 125 - Chapter 124: Being Stopped

The moment Rayder saw the two white streaks of light shooting toward him again, he instinctively issued a mental command for the three dragons to dodge.

The dragons reacted instantly, folding their wings and diving at high speed, narrowly avoiding the deadly arrows.

Rayder watched them pass only a few meters above his head, the gust of icy wind cutting through the air like knives.

With the danger temporarily gone, he finally exhaled.

The Cold God's attack was not only powerful—it was spectacular, beautiful, and dramatic.

The only downside was the harsh cold wind that accompanied it, like frost sinking into his bones.

Rayder couldn't help but imagine:

> "I've mastered ice magic now too… can I create an ice bow and arrows like hers? Shooting while riding a dragon—now that would be epic."

But this was clearly not the time to experiment. First, he had to survive.

The Cold God's Problem

Meanwhile, the Cold God stared at her missing right hand, fury rising for the first time.

Her vessel was fragile—far beyond its limits. Any more strain and it would collapse.

She needed a new physical body urgently, but she had no time to change hosts.

If she paused now, Rayder and his dragons would escape into The Great Wall's protection.

The only alternative was to break the divine pact and descend personally—but doing so would expose her weakened divine form to her greatest threat: the Red God.

If she showed weakness again, the Red God would strike without hesitation.

Losing in such a state would not just strip her of power—it would be eternal humiliation.

For an ancient god, that was unacceptable.

Thus, she resolved to push forward, even if it meant driving the entire ghoul army toward The Great Wall.

Blocked by The Wall's Magic

Rayder and the dragons finally reached the towering Great Wall, stretching endlessly like the edge of the world.

As they attempted to fly over, Rayder suddenly slammed into an invisible force—like crashing face-first into a wall.

The dragons passed through effortlessly, unaffected.

Rayder alone was blocked.

With nothing beneath him, he slipped off Ghidorah's back and began falling.

Wind roared in his ears. His heart pounded.

It felt like skydiving without a parachute.

He desperately reached out through mental connection:

> "Ghidorah! Come back—catch me!"

Ghidorah turned sharply, all three heads looking back in confusion, realizing Rayder had vanished.

Then, without hesitation, it dived.

A massive claw extended and caught Rayder mid-air just before impact.

Witnessed From The Wall

On The Great Wall, Night's Watch rangers stared upward, stunned.

A lone man fell from the sky like a broken kite.

Moments later, a massive three-headed dragon swooped down and caught him in its claws.

Gasps spread along the battlements.

Rayder climbed back up onto Ghidorah's back, breathing heavily.

He steadied himself and ordered Ghidorah to fly forward again.

But they quickly discovered the problem:

There was still an invisible barrier ahead—blocking Rayder alone.

Ghidorah's body passed through freely; half its body was already on the opposite side.

Rayder pressed his hand against the unseen wall—unmovable.

It rejected him specifically, as if The Wall itself refused to allow him entry.
