I didn't send them to kill her."
"Then why the hell did you send them?" Yash snapped at him.
"To gain her trust," Ruhaan said naturally, .

"I sent those goons so I could save Ashvi's life and she'd trust me - that I can protect her. Improve my image in front of her, show her how good I am .
And when she's totally convinced that I care for her, I can protect her...
that's when I'll break her."
He said it with a smiling face
"This is the stupidest plan..
. What If something happened to her, your revenge wouldn't be worth risking someone's life."
Ruhaan :
"Nothing would've happened to her.
I told those guys beforehand - she shouldn't get hurt.
And I knew Ashvi can fight, that's why I told them to just hit her head once
so I could show up and save her .
She fought like this with lots of people before."
"How do you know all this about her?" Yash asked.
"I dug up all her details," Ruhaan answered.
"I'm not believing you did all this just for revenge," yash said, amazed.
Ruhaan : "Whatever."

Mansi turned to Ashvi and said, "So... class is over. You said you'd tell me about yesterday after class. Now spill, what all did I miss?"
Ashvi :
"You really wanna know.

"This is even a question? Of course I wanna know. Tell me fast."
"Okay fine, let's go to the canteen. I'll tell you everything there."

Ashvi and Mansi were heading to their table with food when a girl bumped into Ashvi hard and all her food fell on the ground .
"My foodddddd," Ashvi said, almost crying looking at the food on the ground.
"Are you blind? Can't you see?" that girl snapped at them.
"You spilled my food and you're talking to us like this?" Ashvi said angrily.
"Blind? We're not blind, you are. We were walking normally, you were like a bullet . And instead of saying sorry, you're talking to us like this?" Mansi said irritated.
Whatever,
that girl said rolling her eyes and left .
Mansi: "Huh, what a girl. Her fault and she's giving us attitude and leaving.
My burger fell down... it was just coming to me . And this cruel world separated us ."
Ashvi said dramatically.
Mansi:
"Hello drama queen, can you stop your fake melodrama and let's go order again since some witch spiled our first one."
They both got their second order and sat at a table.
Mansi: "Hmm... so now tell me, what happened yesterday?"
Ashvi started and told her everything - how Sourav proposed to Maya for marriage, how she intervened, how that guy attacked her, how Ruhaan saved her... everything.
_Pause for 5 minutes_
Mansi smiled: "So... basically you were checking out Ruhaan when he was fighting ."
"Noo... it's just..." Ashvi tried to explain but...
"We all know what."

Usual chaos was going on .
"Oi... fest starts tomorrow. Did everyone decide what they're doing?" Jack asked.
"Yaa, we've decided.
Varun and Maya are going to dance
Jack, Arnav, Sushant are singing .
Harry and Ashvi are doing the ramp walk . And some girls from class are dancing too.
Fest's gonna be lit 🔥
Woohoo!" everyone started cheering.
"Wait... Yash and Ruhaan aren't doing anything?" Harry asked.
"Yash is singing. But Ruhaan... I don't think he's doing anything," Varun replied.
"And Mansi's not doing anything either."
"Areeee, Mansi's anchoring with her crush ." Everyone laughed.
Just then Ashvi and Mansi entered the classroom and heard everything...
"What did Jack say?" Mansi shouted from behind .
Everyone turned back, saw Mansi and stopped laughing .
Mansi, I was just joking , Jack said.
Mansi shot him a look .
Mansi: "He's not my crush, got it? If you call him my crush again, i swear "
"Okk okk fine, he's not Mansi's crush, guys," Jack announced.
"What are they talking about?" Ashvi asked Mansi.
"They're talking about Anish," Mansi replied.
Ashvi:
"Yaa, I know him. When I first came to college, when that idiot Ruhaan sent me the wrong way, he showed me the way ."
"When did this happen? When did Ruhaan do this? And you didn't tell me?" Mansi asked shockingly.
"I'll tell you later. But you tell me, do you have a crush on Anish?" Ashvi asked smiling .
Mansi:
"No need to smile like that. I don't have a crush on him.
In school life i used to like him , that's what they're teasing me about till now."
Ashvi: "School life??? You guys were together in school?"
Mansi:
"Yaa, high school. Almost everyone in this class has been together since then - me, Harry, Varun, Ruhaan, Yash, Ayaan, Anish... and that girl who bumped into us in the canteen, Simran."
Ashvi: "Oh, so that girl's name is Simran. She's so mean ."
Mansi: "Yess, she's been like that since then."
"Hey, why are you guys making so much noise?" Ashvi asked annoyed.
"We're discussing fest preparations, Ashvi... who's doing what," Harry said.
"Oh!! Who's doing what?" Mansi asked and got involved in the group.
"Varun-Maya dance, these guys are singing, some dances, and Harry-Ashvi ramp walk... and Yash is singing 🎤."
"Yash sings too?" Ashvi asked.
"Yaa, he sings really good," Mansi replied.
"And Ruhaan? What's he doing?" she asked again.
"Ruhaan's not doing anything," Jack said.
"Why? Didn't you guys ask him to do something?"
"Huhh, can't force Ruhaan. He gets super angry if someone forces him," Harry said.
"Why are you guys so scared of his anger?"
"You haven't seen his anger yet, that's why you're saying this. None of us have the guts to handle his anger... not even the whole college. The whole college saw it once, and since then they were scared of his anger too
Arnav said.
