Arventia Online had many, many boss fights, but among the most notorious, Amaras' battle was always ranked near the top. It wasn't something players could brute-force with raw stats or numbers alone.
The enemies in this phase were, individually, manageable—not nearly as overwhelming as some late-game bosses. But together? They formed one of the most absurdly dangerous combinations in the entire game! Some veterans even argued that Phase 2 was harder than Phase 3, the actual fight against Amaras himself. And there was a very good reason for that.
First, the Twin Deathguard Knights.
Not only did they possess monstrous AOE swings—wide enough to wipe out an entire party in a single careless moment—they were also heavily armored and boasted ridiculous defenses. But the worst part was the kill condition: you had to defeat both of them simultaneously, or at least within five seconds of one another.
