I did everything my father wanted I brought glory to his name brought glory to Olympus, yet what did I receive a shallow godhood and a guard dog position. Things I never wanted in the first place all wanted was my wife and child back. If can't have that then I will have vengeance that's why I accepted Erebus offer when he came knocking.
To think Uranus is rising is a scary thought but I honesty I didn't care I knew with the backing of Primordal Gods my dreams of killing Hera could become reality. I didn't even care if I get betrayed in the end as long as I get to kill her it will be worth it.
Recently Kratos the old god of strength has been covering for at my job the foul so despearte to get back in Zeus good graces that he'll do my job. I was more than welcome to let him take it guarding the gate to Olympus is such a bore Zeus should have replaced Dionysus with me.
Yet another reason to hate my father he expects the world for me but gives little in return. Know longer will bend the knee to him just wait Hera and Zeus I make you both regret treating me as you did.
Currently I with that monster Typhon I still remember the first time I meant the beast he gives off a terrifying aura. Even only partially manifested I felt like he could still crush me no wonder the Olympians ran from him. Currently I had a deal with him in my free time I had been training his demigod children in return he'll have the cyclops create me a new divine weapon for me.
His spawn where impressive to say the least even the weaker ones were far more powerful than the average demigod. There were about hundred in totally they make for a powerful army in the future especially with me training them. Before could continue with my thoughts I was meant with that dominating aura I grown accustomed to.
''Hercules how's the training of my children going'' he in a asked a rough voice.
''It's Heracles not Hercules that's the rome version'' I said irritated.
''I didn't ask for history lesson I asked how my children training is going'' he said not caring for the correction.
I quench my fist in anger at the clear disrespect but claimed myself and answered anyway
''It's been productive they are learning quickly they should be more than ready when the time comes'' I said honestly.
''Good as expected of my spawn now tell me who shows the must promise'' he asked?
''The one named Xander shows the must promise he has shown good control over both your domains he's also shown signs of pyrokinesis and ability to produce toxin'' I stated.
''I knew that one would just like his mother now that your done make your way out I'm tired of looking at you'' he said disgusted.
I wanted to take my club and smash in his head but knew that wouldn't work even now he could crush me so I left.
''No fight back at all how pathetic I expected more form Zeus most famous son but your just coward like him how boring'' he said disappointed.
I clench my fist but kept walking I nothing to gain from fighting him although I could imagine a younger me taking the bate and getting crushed. Besides I have orders from Erebus to start recruiting minor gods I know just where to start.
[Erebus POV]
''Pontos how is your mission going brother'' I asked?
''Slower than I would like the sea dwellers loyalties are spilt between me Oceanus and Poseidon'' said Pontos.
''That was to be expected if remember currently you have good relationship with Oceanus'' I ask?
''Yes, are relationship is still strong I believe I can convince to join us'' he said.
''Good that means the sea will mostly be under are control once the Kronos or Zeus fall will take control of their remaining forces'' I said.
''What about your mission Erebus how is it progressing'' Pontos asked?
''As for now the other pantheons are unaware of are growing civil war Nyx has helped in this, we don't need worry about them for now'' I said.
''What about those damn angels their powers and foresight can't be underestimated'' Pontos said nervously.
''I'm well aware but does angels don't concern themselves with us they have grown to arrogant and content'' I said.
''I see'' said Pontos. ''Tell me brother what is your true opinion on Uranus return'' he asked?
''I think he's a fool with too much power'' I said bluntly.
''Then why did you decide to follow him'' he asked?
''You already know the answer to that I'm sure you felt that ominous power he has somehow gain access to with it nothing will be able to stop him I rather join him then be destroyed'' I said. ''But why don't ask what really thinking brother'' I said.
''He will betray us as soon we fulfill are purposes'' he said.
''Of course, he will he has always been predictable'' I said.
''Then what are we going to do about it'' Pontos asks?
''Will pay nice and follow orders until we figure out how take his power for ourselves'' he said like it was obvious.
''You and that bastard Tartarus have already been planning without me'' he growled.
''Can you blame me brother you always been soft I didn't know if you would accept or not but now that I see you have backbone, I'm more than happy to includ you'' I said.
''I'll only join if get equal amont of that power'' he stated.
''Yes, of course that's fair with all three of us working together are chances to succeed go up dramatically'' I said.
''Very well have you convinced the others yet'' Pontos asked?
''No Nyx Gaea and the others have been avoiding me'' I said irritated by their running.
''I'm guessing it because of that champion of chaos'' said Pontos.
''I can't believe there supporting that champion instead following me no champion even one backed by are mother will be strong enough to stop Uranus'' I stated angrily.
''I agree but we can't afford to underestimate the champion our mother has never named one before is power could prove to be a problem for us''
''I'm well aware as soon as they are identified I will have capture so we can steal his power or kill them'' I said.
''How long until you think you'll find them'' he asked?
''With Nyx and Gaea protecting them it be a while, but when the chaos begins they eventually show themselves when they do will take action'' I said.
[Heracles POV]
This would be my first time meeting Hecate there was never much of reason for us to meet before, but things have changed. I just hope things didn't turn violent ever since I became a god, I made sure to master my powers. Most of the minor gods stood no chance against me Hecate was different she was Titan and Goddess of Magic the chances of beating her were slim to none.
''My lord I'm here to escort you to my lady'' said the girl.
''Lead the way'' I said as followed behind.
''What do want son of Zeus'' she asked without turning around.
''Do not dismiss like I'm some random son of Zeus'' I said unhappily.
''You are indeed not random spawn of Zeus your thee son of Zeus but that's either here or there what do you want'' she asked again.
''I have an offer for you'' I stated plainly.
''I'm listening'' she said.
''The Uranus is rising and with him the old order if join him and he'll rasie your station'' I offered.
''There nothing you could offer me that ever make me consider working for that tyrant I father'' she said. ''You were stupid to join him he will be end of you'' she said.
''In this war staying neutral want be an option you might as well join the winning side'' I said tring to convince her.
''I'm well aware of that I rather invest my time in other option'' she said.
''Kronos that fool only one last time because Gaea without her, he's nothing you are fool to put your faith in him'' I said scuffing.
''Watch your mouth boy or else'' she warned. ''I rather join Kronos then that tyrant although I'm curious as what you offered'' she said.
''What busy is that of yours witch'' I said aggressively.
''They offered you vengeance against Hera didn't they'' she guessed.
I didn't respond I just clenched my fist in anger at how easily she discovered my motivation.
''Of course, it was you can throw your life away as much as you want but don't think you can drag me along your suicide mission now get out of my home'' she commanded.
''This was a onetime offer don't comeback begging'' I stated before leaving.
What stupid man throwing away everything away for vengeance that little brat will find out the hard way that some deals are not worth it thought Hecate.
What a stupid woman if she thinks Kronos can protect from Uranus then she a fool no matter she'll be taken out like the rest I thought.
