The next day, Silva got up and got ready to head out. Peter was a heavy sleeper, so he was still crashed out by the time Silva was leaving.
He got to the kitchen, and Ella was making breakfast. When she saw him already dressed to go out, she spoke, "Shouldn't you take it easy after what happened in the school?"
"Nah, I have quite a bit to do today. Don't worry, I'll be fine," he said, grabbing a piece of toast, sticking it in his mouth, and leaving.
He got into a taxi as soon as he was out and headed straight for the main guild. When he arrived, he asked specifically for the man who had handled his exam the previous day.
The receptionist was kind and helped him out as he described.
"Uhm, he is Mr. Lewis, and he is still in the evaluation room. That's where he works," she said. He was about to go but then recalled that he had some cores on him, so he turned to face her.
"Is it possible to sell cores here?" he asked.
