As Axel pinned my wrists above my head, leaving my body completely open to his gaze, I felt a terrifying vulnerability wash over me. But it wasn't fear, it was total surrender.
"It's intense," I admitted in a whisper, my hips twitching involuntarily as the cool air hit my damp skin. "The way you look at me, like you're trying to solve a puzzle."
"I've already solved the puzzle," he replied. He bent down so his face was just inches from mine, his eyes filled with strong emotions. "I know exactly where you fit… with me inside of you."
He kissed me then deeply, letting go of my wrists so my hands could explore freely. I wrapped my arms around his neck, pulling him closer, needing the weight of him to anchor me. The friction of his chest against my bare nipples sent sparks flying along my nerves.
