He reached outward with his senses. Hidden objects, concealed inscriptions, and faint auras revealed themselves. Even the spiritual tremors of a minor demon hiding beneath a tree were clear to him. He could read intentions and emotions, detect magical energy, and sense the flow of the land's spiritual currents.
Illusions & Flaming Jump
David summoned the intricate illusions. He could hide objects entirely, create large-scale visual deceptions, and overlay faint illusory thoughts in the minds of others. Testing Flaming Jump, he phased through a nearby flame, then experimented with longer distances—up to one kilometer with ease.
Air Cannon & Damage Transfer
He folded paper into figurines, testing Damage Transfer by using his nail to make a little cut on his hand and shifting it from himself to the figurine. He fired an Air Cannon at a distant tree, splitting it with precise control.
Spirit Body Threads & Marionettes
A rabbit wandered nearby. Within seconds, David transformed it into a Marionette under his control. He swapped places with the Marionette, confirming his control and tactical flexibility and seeing how it felt to control different bodies at the same time and practiced using it to do small tasks at a distance.
Shapeshifting
Transforming into a hawk, David soared above the valley. He could sense emotions, intentions, and spiritual energy from below. Subtle manipulations—nudging branches, displacing rocks—were effortless.

Well he couldn't test these without putting himself in danger he had no doubt they worked as intended
Mythical Creature Form & Worms of Spirit
Finally, David tested the limits of his partial mythical creature form. He transformed into his Mythical Creature Form his body shifting into a semi-transparent figure of shifting small transparent maggots inscribed with three-dimensional sinister tentacle patterns: the Worms of Spirit. He experimented with splitting a few Worms and implanting them in his Marionette rabbit. The body gained his abilities at a much weaker level abilities.
After several hours of focused experimentation, David confirmed his mastery of all Sequence 4 bizarro sorcerer abilities: Clairvoyance, Spirit Vision, illusions, Flaming Jump, Air Cannon, Spirit Body Threads/Marionettes, Shapeshifting, spiritual awareness, and Mythical Creature Form transformation.
