Li Wei couldn't engage in forced buying and selling; there was no guarantee that Luxray wouldn't give him a Thunderbolt shock therapy.
Although he had a Super True Human physique, being electrocuted would still not feel good.

The Battle section featured real battle recordings, slightly edited.
