While the people of the four kingdoms were trapped in the longest night of their lives, dozens of ships were sailing across the dark sea.
They had no skull flag like pirates nor like the marines they had flag of the world government. These were the ships of the World Government, the ships of Cipher Pol.
They were heading straight for these four Kingdoms.
On the deck of the middle ship, a group of very strong and dangerous people stood together. They were the agents of CP0, the best agents of the whole world. They all wore white suits and maks on their face.
One of them was a man named Rob Lucci. He was tall with black hair and he was very strong. A little white pigeon name Hattori was sitting on his shoulder. Lucci was staring out at the sea water of the ocean.
Next to him stood Kaku a man with a long square nose. Jabra who looked a little like a wolf was standing near him. Kalifa a beautiful woman with glasses, was also there and Blueno, a big man stood with his arms crossed just watching the sea.
These people used to be in a group called CP9. A two weeks ago, they had failed an important mission to capture nico robin and defeated by StrawHat Pirates.
Their old, mean boss Spandam blamed them for everything. They had to run away and hide from the World Government because of this.
They had a very hard time.
Lucci who was badly hurt by Luffy in the fight to pay his medical treatment, they had to do silly shows on the street to earn money for his medicine.
But even when they were hiding, they were still loyal to the world government. They found out about a secret plan made by Spandam's father. They fought dangerous guys and stopped the evil plan all by themselves and reported to the Five Elders(gorosei).
When the Five Elders(gorosei) saw how strong and loyal they are. They were forgiven for their mistakes. They were even given a big promotion. They became CP0 agents, the best of the best.
A beautiful woman with blonde hair named Stussy walked onto the deck. She was a one of the members of CP0.
"We will be at the Fresta Kingdom in 12 hours," she said, her voice clear and strong. "Get ready for fight. The revolutionaries have made that island their own territory."
Lucci did not turn. "We are ready," he said in his low voice. "We will finish this mission quickly."
Stussy smiled for little moment and said "There has been a change of plans We will not be in charge of this mission. He was sent by the Five Elders they said A new commander is coming to lead us. ."
There was a surprise on entire ship.
"A new commander?" Kaku asked. "A Marine Admiral?"
"No," Stussy said. "Someone else. His name is Umi. He will be here very soon."
As soon as she said the name, a shadow blew across the deck. Everyone looked up at the dark starry sky.
A man was flying down toward them. He had two shadowy wings.
Right away the CP0 agents got ready to fight. They did not know who this person was.
Lucci was the fastest. His finger shot out like a bullet.
He was using his "Finger Pistol" attack aiming right at this flying man's heart.
This man finally landed on the like a bird. Just before Lucci's finger could hit him, the man raised his hand and caught Lucci's finger between his own hand.
Everyone on the deck froze. They got shocked by seeing this scene.
Rob Lucci was strong. His Finger Pistol could break a wall. But this man had stopped it with just his hand. Lucci's cold eyes were wide with surprise. He could not believe it. He tried to pull his hand back but it was stuck.
The strange man wore a simple dark cloak. He had red eyes that seemed to glow in darkness night.
"That's enough," the man said. His voice was quiet, but it was full of so much power that it made everyone feel a chill. He let go of Lucci's hand.
"I am Umi." he said, when he get information of their arrival from the Five Elders he immediately left the island to find them.
Stussy immediately reacted when she heard this "Lord Umi," she said respectfully. "We were waiting for you." The Five Elders had sent her a message about a very powerful man with black hair, red eyes and sword This had to be him.
Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa and the others realized this was the new commander they were talking about few moments ago. They had just seen how powerful he was, and they knew he was on a whole different level.
"Nice to meet you, Lord Umi," Lucci said. He knew this man was much stronger than him.
Imu looked at them all with his red eyes seeming to see right through them. "everyone gather in the meeting room," he said.
A few minutes later, the top CP0 agents were all gathered around a big table in the ship's meeting room.
Imu stood at the head of the table. A large map of the four kingdoms was spread out in front of him. He looked at all their serious faces. Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa, Stussy… they were all powerful members of CP0.
He did not waste any time for small talk.
"Here is the plan," IMU said, his voice was cold and clear.
