Given Milim's personality, she would definitely stay by Rin's side.

According to Violet's plan for Rin, the Monster Nation would have four main capitals.
These were the Demon Lords Castle as the political center, which was the Imperial Capital.
Then there would be the Eastern Capital after the Eastern Empire was defeated, the Western Capital built on the former capital of Kingdom of Falmuth, and the Southern Capital located in the Dragon Country.
If possible, Rin also wanted to bring in the Dwarf Kingdom and establish a Northern Capital.
This way, centered around the Imperial Capital, a structure of four administrative districts would form a protective ring.
"The strength of Frey and the others has already fallen behind the first tier."
Rin listened to Violet's explanation and said, "Divine Realm for t0, Calamity Domain for t1, and Demon Lord Domain for t2."
As for Demon Lords and Special A-ranks who had not even reached the Demon Lord Domain, that was not something Rin needed to worry about.
Since they were enfeoffed as marquises and kings, they would have work they were responsible for.
Managing A-ranks and citizens below A-rank was the task Rin assigned to them.
In the Monster Nation, only those who had stepped into the Demon Lord Domain, meaning Awakened Demon Lords, were qualified to enter high-level meetings and discuss matters with Rin.
However, this did not mean that everyone had to stay in the Demon Lords Castle.
The Southern Capital, according to Rin's plan, would later be handed over to Frey and Carrion for management.
The monster races residing in this area would primarily be beastmen, Harpies, and aquatic races. Their development direction would be agriculture and animal husbandry, supplying various materials to the Monster Nation.
This arrangement was very suitable for the consistent style of the Harpy Queendom and Beast Kingdom of Eurazania.
They were not accustomed to medieval aristocratic systems. They preferred a tribal form of small-scale farming economy, living their own simple lives.
Rin conquered them, but he did not forcefully demand that they enter a new era.
After all, this was not a conquest but an alliance.
Since they were willing to submit to Rin and become his subjects, Rin naturally had to provide them with a happy and prosperous life.
When reading transmigration novels in the past, there were always plots where everyone was brought into the Steam Age or Electric Age.
But they never considered that not everyone liked concrete houses or steel cities.
The Harpy Race and Beastmen loved farm life.
Working the land by hand, growing fruits, hunting beasts.
In Rin's words, the Southern Capital would become the Monster Nation's nature reserve, maintaining its most primitive appearance.
"To develop, there is no need to forcefully destroy the environment."
Rin said, "I think the Eastern Empire is very good. It has everything, and we can use it directly."
Rin naturally had plans for the Eastern Empire.
And he had already given orders.
Velgrynd and the Primordials would join forces to deal with Michael and the guys from the Heavenly Realm.
On the Cardinal World, spirits countered demons, demons countered angels, and angels countered spirits.
Having the Primordials deal with angels was a perfect match.
And once Rin took down the Eastern Empire, it would become the most technologically advanced region in the Cardinal World.
Building a Victorian-era city with industry and magitech, this was Violet's plan for the Monster Nation's Eastern District.
The nature reserve and farms of the Southern District, the magitech and industry of the Eastern District.
Then there were the Northern and Western Districts.
Among them, Rin wanted to occupy the Northern District as subtly as possible.
For this, Rin chose to send out his trusted subordinate and beloved general, Rimuru!
In the original work, it was Rimuru who personally went to the Dwarf Kingdom's capital, met the Dwarf King, and formed a connection with him.
This time, Rin also planned to have Rimuru serve as an envoy to the Dwarf Kingdom.
There was no enmity between the Dwarf Kingdom and the Monster Nation.
Although with Rin's current strength, taking down the Dwarf Kingdom would be a mere flick of the wrist.
However, Rin was still the same as before.

Rin had never doubted Rimuru's potential.
If Milim was the Monster Nation's Destroyer God,
then Great Sage Rimuru's position in Rin's heart was not inferior to Milim's in the slightest.
Rin had very high expectations for Rimuru.
He also believed that Rimuru would eventually grow to be on par with Milim, or even surpass her.
