Blood juice – A Gatoan wine that is the color of blood and known for its bitter after taste.
Anchor – A psionic that has the ability to extend his/her nature mental shield over another telepath. Able to use the ability for two years before burnout.
Bloodline – Gatoan family lines. Several bloodlines make up a clan with each bloodline have a leader or "Lord".
Clan – Gatoan group made of several bloodlines. There are eleven clans: Onugra, Farsemi, Loporfir, Rieyad, Posaima, Mezalik, Eirarju, Vasdji, Zakei, Eyriel and Hiesaro.
Delurd - This Lupine ship is larger than an Unchoge but smaller than a Lupine dreadnaught.
Dreadnought – Largest ship in Lupine fleet. They are twice the size of a Gatoan Wepoisa ship and come with full weapon and shielding capabilities.
Farseer – Term used by Gatoans that refers to one with precognitive abilities.
Female Sanctum - Area on a Gatoan Wepoisa that is a females-only area. Inside the room are wisdom trees, waterfall, a pool below the waterfall and a floating dais for lounging.
Gatoan – A bipedal species that are similar to Earth's felines. They possess the psionic abilities of telepathy, teleportation and telekinesis. In rare cases, they also have precognitive abilities. The name of their empire is Felinious. Their home planet is Felinia.
Lupine – A bipedal species that is similar to Earth's wolves. They have brute strength and a cunning intelligence. They do not posses psionic abilities but make up for it with their advance science and reverse engineering of ancient technology. The name of their empire is Lupinious.
Matrix Sight – Ability of Colonel Christopher Manroe that allows him to see future possibilities. It is not the same as precognition which is accurately predicting the future. Also known as sight of possibilities or possibility matrix.
Psi Ops - An Earth-based organization that governs and regulates those with special mental abilities known as psionics. The organization is run by the Psi Ops Council.
Spybot – A microscopic listening devices used by the Intel department on Earth.
The Choosing – A psionic selection process that is used to choose an anchor for Jewels Enbran. Must be a psionic to participate. There are three parts to the process: 1) Ability to extend mental shield over Jewels' mind. 2) Simulated mental environment where the participant has to assist Jewels on a mission of some type. 3) A holo-simulation where Jewels and the potential Anchor must fight a life-like simulation together.
Unchoge - Smallest Lupine ship. Total crew complement is ten.
Vype – Gatoan ship with x-shaped wings encircled by two giant rings that generate a stable shield that is controlled by the pilot. The rings can be deployed and used as weapons.
Wepoisa - Largest ship in Gatoan space fleet, they are oval in shape and are able to house four squadrons (15 ships per squadron) as well as a full healer's bay and Female Sanctum.
Werewolf - A human psionic who has been genetically modified using Lupine DNA. These hybrids retain their psionic powers and some are able to shift back and forth between their human and Lupine forms.
