Chapter 186: The Silver Fortress
In the New World, the Underworld Emperors learned that the Goa Empire had planted its flag on Silver Island. They didn't immediately congratulate or fawn over Kael. Instead, they were waiting for the Whitebeard Pirates' reaction or retaliation, as well as the attitude of the other Four Emperors.
Would the Four Emperors allow the Goa Empire, the world's strongest Allied Nation, to establish itself on Silver Island?
