"Just keep it simple. We plan to tour Fish-Man Island," Kael said, looking at the 'polite and enthusiastic' King Neptune. He could feel that Neptune's excitement was not genuine; it was born from a fear of the Goa Empire's might and the power of the One Emperor and his 3 Marquises.
After all, the relationship between Fishmen and humans was not friendly at the moment. The Ryugu Kingdom's relationship with the World Government was even quite strained.
