Chapter 133 - Bibi Dong's Transformation

Chapter 133: Bibi Dong's Transformation

Bibi Dong nodded heavily. "Yes, Master. You must have seen Qin Xuan's performance. He almost effortlessly disintegrated, divided, and weakened the Upper Three Clans. Whether it's his talent, strength, or even his diplomatic skills, they are all evident. The Elders all highly praise him. It's clear that Qin Xuan is more suitable than I am to be the next Pope. I have no desire to succeed the position. I am willing to diligently cultivate and, in the future, become a Titled Douluo Elder, serving Spirit Hall for life."

Her words plunged Qian Xunji into silence. Indeed, if he were a Supreme Pontiff who served Spirit Hall without personal motives, he might have agreed. Unfortunately, in his heart, the candidate for the next Pope was never Qin Xuan, nor was it Bibi Dong. It was his future child, a descendant of the Angel Clan.

And why was he, at over fifty years old, still unmarried and without an heir? It was because of Bibi Dong. Only a genius like her, with her twin Martial Souls, could give birth to an unparalleled descendant for his clan. For this, he had painstakingly cultivated her for nearly twenty years.

Thinking of this, Qian Xunji finally made up his mind. He turned his back to her. "This Seat understands. You may rise."

"So, Master, you agree?" Bibi Dong stood up, surprised. She had already given up hope.

Qian Xunji did not answer. Instead, he walked to the throne, fumbled for a moment, and pulled a hidden switch. With a creaking sound, the throne moved aside, revealing a stone staircase leading underground.

"Come with me, my good disciple," he said, a cold smile on his sinisterly handsome face. "I will take you to a place. After we go there, if you still insist on being with Yu Xiaogang, this Seat will not stop you." He then walked down into the passage.

A sense of unease once again welled up in Bibi Dong's heart. Qin Xuan's warning—"Be careful of your Master!"—flashed through her mind. She was caught in immense turmoil. However, with the thought that her master would not truly harm her, she ultimately stepped into the secret chamber that would lead her into the abyss.

As they entered and the stone door began to close, space suddenly twisted nearby. A pink vortex appeared out of thin air, and three young figures emerged. They exchanged glances, their figures flickered, and just before the entrance sealed shut, they slipped inside.

The Supreme Pontiff's private chamber was a vast, enclosed space, even larger than the assembly hall above. It was dim, damp, and cold—a stark contrast to the glorious image of the palace. At the center stood another throne, flanked by two statues of glaring, winged fallen angels.

Qian Xunji stood before the throne, high above. "Disciple, you abandoned the position of Holy Maiden for a good-for-nothing. This Seat is truly disappointed."

Bibi Dong bowed respectfully. "Master, this disciple has disappointed you, but I will always be your disciple, always Bibi Dong of Spirit Hall."

"That's for the best," he said, pointing behind the throne. "Go and see. This Master has carefully prepared a treasure for you for nearly twenty years."

Puzzled, Bibi Dong walked over. She found nothing but a dimly lit room with a large bed in the center.

"Tell your Master, what did you see?" Qian Xunji had appeared behind her at some unknown point.

"Master, this is just an ordinary room," she said, her heart jumping.

"No, you have already seen it. This room is what this Seat specially prepared for you," Qian Xunji's handsome face suddenly became distorted, his eyes filled with undisguised greed and aggression.

At this point, if Bibi Dong still didn't understand his intentions, she would truly be a fool.

"Master, I am a bit tired and wish to go back to rest," she said, turning to flee.

Qian Xunji let out a cold laugh and raised his right hand. His fourth spirit ring shone brightly, and more than ten light-golden whips emerged from the air, intertwining to form a golden cage around her. It was his fourth Spirit Ability, Angelic Cage.

"My spirit power is dissolving..." Bibi Dong was horrified. "Master, why..."

"My good disciple, I gave you a chance, but you did not know how to cherish it," his ghost-like voice echoed in her ear.

At this moment, she had already missed the best opportunity to escape. If she had immediately activated her Martial Soul Avatar and released her Death Domain, she might have been able to break free. But her first thought was not to resist, but to flee. By the time she reacted, it was already too late; most of her spirit power had already been purified.

"But you betrayed me," Qian Xunji said, grabbing her wrist. With her spirit power sealed, she was just an ordinary person and was thrown onto the bed without any resistance.

"No, don't…" she clutched her chest, curled up in the corner of the bed, trembling, her eyes filled with fear and despair.

"Bibi Dong, you are mine," he said, tearing off his crimson robe to reveal the golden armor underneath. "From the moment you awakened your twin Martial Souls, your destiny was already sealed."
