A week later, they were ready to move to city M where Jasmine and her fiance, Charles resides. Mrs Malory could understand how sad Nathan was about the move but she was helpless because this was Jasmine's decision and given how stubborn she was, Mrs Malory knew she wouldn't change her decision. Mrs Malory had a talk with Nathan a day before their departure and gave him some advice on what to do and not to do when he gets to city M, especially the fact that he should focus on his studies. Nathan replied that he would do so and that all he wants was peace and happiness.
Jasmine and Nathan arrived at city M by plane and were picked up at the airport by Charles driver in a luxurious car, on getting down from the car after arriving at what should be called a mansion, Nathan was surprised, his mother had really hit a jackpot for her to be engaged to the owner of such a big and beautiful mansion which shows how wealthy he must be. Nathan thought that if he will be well taken care of here then coming here won't be such a bad idea after all.
After entering the house, Jasmine introduced Nathan to the servants and asked one of them named Lucas, the butler to show Nathan his room and also give him a tour of the mansion. After giving the instructions she left for her room. Lucas took the order and did as he was ordered. When Nathan saw his supposed room he was shocked and a bit excited at how well arranged and decorated the room was, it was beautiful and warm which shows how thoughtful his mom and Charles was of him being here. He couldn't wait to meet Charles.
Nathan was called to have his dinner by one of of the servant to which he readily came down for after making a call to inform Mrs Malory about their arrival at city M and also freshening up. He got to the dining room as he remembered during his tour and sat down, he was once again reminded of how rich and extravagant this mansion was. After waiting for a while he heard footsteps coming down the stairs, he looked up to see his mother and a man walking towards the dining area, he guessed the man should be Charles. But when Charles sat in front of him and introduced himself as Charles, Nathan was dumbfounded to see such a handsome man with exquisite features, he looked like a world-class model. Tall, muscular and rich. Nathan didn't hear what he said until his name was called twice, and then heard him apologizing for not welcoming him when they arrived as he was busy at work. Nathan after coming back to his senses replied that it was fine and he didn't have to apologize after which they started to have their dinner.
