Chapter 78 - Chapter 80 : Game Ren!!

Unlike other countries that were engulfed in war and chaos, the Land of Whirlpools was extremely peaceful.

While children in other lands went to the battlefield at six, kids in the Land of Whirlpools were still in the Ninja Academy at twelve.

The gap was enormous.

During this time, many minor ninja clans and civilian ninjas chose to join the Land of Whirlpools.

After all, the ninja world was in constant conflict, and the only peaceful place was here.

However, joining the Land of Whirlpools now required a series of identity checks, information verification, and registration, making it much more complicated than other ninja villages.

In the meantime, Ren and Hinata Akie held a wedding, completing a major milestone in their lives.

But Ren had no time to spend with Akie.

The Land of Whirlpools still had many tasks that required his attention, and Akie had fully become a housewife.

At night, above the black mist.

"Yo." Pirate Ren greeted first.

His body was covered in more wounds than before, as if he had just been through a fierce battle.

"Hahaha, I finally brought it in." Akame Ren was extremely excited.

He had brought the Muramasa sword with him.

"Give me that cursed sword." Pirate Ren's eyes lit up.

He was in a rough spot now, having to deal with the CP, the God's Knights, and the Navy, not to mention the underground world and pirate attacks.

It felt like he was about to become an enemy of the entire world.

"Sure." Akame Ren didn't waste time and handed it over.

His world had already entered the cleanup stage, so he didn't really need the sword anymore.

"I brought a lot of seeds. They should be useful to you." Detective Ren adjusted his glasses.

"As expected, you're best at taking it easy." Naruto Ren quickly took the seeds.

He had been busy farming and managing other things, and at this moment, he felt that Detective Ren could spend a lifetime in a lab without any problem.

"Hey, those are for me." Akame Ren hurried over to grab some, but unfortunately, he hadn't fought much and couldn't compete with Naruto Ren.

"I'll bring more next time." Detective Ren sighed.

After learning that Akame Ren's world had entered its final stage, he decided to bring seeds in, and now it seemed that the Naruto world had reached a similar point.

"Um… where is this place?"

A man wearing a hood and a homemade mask, covering his entire body, spoke.

"New brother, come on, let's bump hands first." Akame Ren was in a good mood.

The new Ren had covered his hand, leaving almost nothing exposed.

"What kind of world did you come from?" Pirate Ren asked, shocked.

"What do you mean by that?" the newcomer asked, completely confused.

"Try it first, then we'll talk," Naruto Ren said, grabbing the newcomer's hand. Then, everyone else's hands touched.

Immediately, the others looked at the newcomer with pity. They had seen tough situations before, but never this extreme.

While the others were striving to grow stronger, the newcomer was merely trying to survive.

"Damn, a world like No Game No Life: Zero? This is so dangerous," Pirate Ren exclaimed in shock. In that war-torn world, human skin couldn't even touch the air directly, because the black ash in it could kill.

"You've lived alone until now?" Akame Ren asked, surprised. Living alone in that environment, he would probably have perished quickly.

After a while, Game Ren regained his composure. Both the memories and shared powers were with him, but in this dangerous world, they weren't as useful. Still, every bit of strength meant a better chance at survival.

"Hmm, coming to this world, I finally understand what Riku did. He sacrificed dozens of people but secured the lives of thousands," Game Ren sighed.

Experiencing this world firsthand made it clear that such a thing was almost impossible.

"Other people's intelligence, strategies, and decision-making skills aren't comparable to what we experienced in our past lives. Look at him—he's being crushed by the original characters," Akame Ren said, comforting him while pulling out Detective Ren to mock him.

"I just didn't want to get involved," Detective Ren rolled his eyes and handed his glasses and shoes to Game Ren.

After sharing memories, Game Ren quietly took them. He really needed these things.

"Suddenly, the Re:Zero world doesn't seem so bad," Akame Ren joked.

Re:Zero Ren rolled his eyes but didn't comment. He had been here several times, quietly sharing his abilities with little to say.

"Ah, with your shared powers, I should be able to survive longer. I nearly starved before arriving here," Game Ren sighed again.

His words weighed heavily on the others. After sharing memories, they understood each other's situations. Survival had been entirely dependent on just drinking water.

In this space, the more people there were, the stronger they became. Those who couldn't share powers would enhance their talents and accelerate growth.

"Suddenly, I realize… it's not a big deal if I stand against the whole world," Pirate Ren said, finally at peace.

"Game Ren, you have to survive. What we shared with you should give you some resistance to magic," said Naruto Ren seriously.

Soon, the sharing ended, and each returned to their own world.

The world of No Game No Life: Zero.

Ren woke up in a hidden cave. His bed was a stone slab dug out from the ground, uneven, with grass laid on top. His blanket was also woven from grass. There was a set of outdoor clothes, but here the clothes were thin and limited.

The cave entrance was overgrown with weeds, making it very hidden.

Resources around were scarce, and no other races came here, giving Ren a relatively safe place to live alone.

"I should go find something to eat." Ren put on his Detective Ren glasses and shoes, dressing himself tightly. Even though the ability sharing had made him stronger, he didn't dare test the black ash to confirm.

Outside, the sky was gloomy. With his new sensory ability, Ren could sense movements nearby, giving him some reassurance that he wouldn't run into other races.

Black ash fell through the air, polluting much of the plant water. At least for humans, it was inedible. Ren had no choice but to head further away.

Thankfully, after the sharing, he could hold on a little longer. Otherwise, after that long sleep, he probably wouldn't have woken up at all.

He walked carefully, leaving marks along the way. After some time, Ren came to a ruin filled with dreamlike technology, a product of the Dwarf race.

Without hesitation, Ren jumped in. With the Detective Ren glasses, he collected everything he could.

Gathering information was much easier now. The place was abandoned, overgrown with plants and fungi, and the black ash was blocked by the ceiling.

Ren collected all the fungi, even the brightly colored ones. Now, he could eat anything and didn't care if it was poisonous.

Knowing he couldn't last much longer, he started a fire on the spot, using stones to heat and disinfect the fungi before eating them.

It tasted awful, but Ren ate quickly. After finishing, his stomach hurt badly, and he even broke into a sweat, but his strengthened body managed to endure it.

After a while, Ren slowly recovered, breathing heavily.

Naruto Ren had given him some seeds, but he realized it would be hard to grow them here since there wasn't enough sunlight.
