Chapter 163 - Ch 163

Kagami held up a hand, and as the cheers from Konoha died down, he spoke again. "As I ascend this throne today, I will bestow a new dawn upon the world and improve the very land you live on!"

The crowd watched, confused, not knowing what he meant. But Kagami simply clapped his hands in front of the live camera and shouted, "Wood Release: Deep Forest Emergence!"

Immense sage chakra surged from Kagami's hands, seeping into the ground. A moment later, the entire planet trembled. Huge trees erupted from the earth, growing at an astonishing rate. In the deserts, dense forests and lush grasslands sprouted from the barren sand. In rocky regions, hard stone was crushed by the roots, turning into fertile soil.

In just a moment, the entire world was transformed. Deserts became oases. Rocky wastelands became fertile plains. The places that were already habitable became even more beautiful. And through Kagami's terrifyingly precise control, not a single innocent person was harmed.

The live broadcast cameras panned across the world, showing everyone the miraculous changes. They were shocked by Kagami's power. They finally understood why it was the will of heaven for him to unify the world. With such terrifying strength, it was a simple matter.

Kagami slowly withdrew his chakra, a smile on his face. "From now on," he said, his voice echoing across the world, "there will be no more barren land in the Shinobi Empire!"

The people of the world cheered, this time from the bottom of their hearts, fully identifying as citizens of the Shinobi Empire. The era of war was officially over, and a new era of peace and prosperity had begun.

A few years later, the once-backward ninja world was completely changed. Steel buildings stood in rows, and aircraft shuttled between them. Above the sky, huge global orbital cannons protected the planet. It was like a cyberpunk future. And floating high in the clouds was the Sky Palace where Kagami lived, a magnificent structure built after he integrated the power of the Lostbelt King from another world's heroic legends.

In the council building, Kagami sat on a dragon throne, wearing a black dragon robe and a crown with twelve beaded tassels. His presence was awe-inspiring. Below him were the ministers from various provinces, all with their heads bowed, not daring to look him in the eye.

Kagami's gaze swept over them. "Orochimaru," he said, his voice majestic, "how goes the construction of the space-time gate that can travel through parallel universes?"

"Your Majesty," Orochimaru quickly bowed, "after several years of research, I have successfully created a space-time gate. However, it cannot be used for fixed-position teleportation, but rather for random travel. After arriving in a parallel world, a new gate must be built to connect back to this one. Also, it requires a significant amount of energy to recharge after each use."

"Oh? It's already completed?" Kagami's eyes lit up. With a space-time gate, he could travel to other parallel worlds and obtain more resources. With a larger population, his strength would grow, and his empire would become even more prosperous. "Well done, Orochimaru. You have made a great contribution."

"Thank you for your praise, Your Majesty," Orochimaru replied, his face alight with excitement. "This is what I should do." Though he had broken free from Kotoamatsukami's control after transplanting the Rinnegan, he knew how terrifying Kagami was and chose to remain loyal.

The other ministers were also excited. This meant the Shinobi Empire would have unlimited resources. "Lord Orochimaru is indeed worthy of being the number one scientist in the Empire," one said.

Orochimaru simply smiled and nodded. He knew the truth. The number one scientist was the man on the throne. Most of the technology had been provided by Kagami himself.

"Now that the Spacetime Gate is complete," Kagami spoke, "it's time to let the Shinobi Empire's reputation resound throughout the multiverse." He thought for a moment. "Shikaku, my princes have always been restless. Arrange for them to explore other time-spaces. It will keep them from causing trouble here." His children had grown up, but some of them were very naughty and often caused complaints from the public, which gave him a headache.

"Yes, Your Majesty," Shikaku smiled and nodded. Kagami's children were extremely talented. They weren't even ten years old, yet even he, whose strength was now comparable to Madara's after absorbing the Ten-Tails, was no match for them. They were just too naughty. The fifteenth prince, Dio, was even thinking about usurping the throne all day long, often pulling his brothers—Aizen, Yujiro, and Gilgamesh—to attack Kagami, only to be hung from a tree and beaten.

"Your Majesty," Hiashi, the Minister of the Military, said, "isn't it too dangerous to let the young princes go to other worlds like this? How about finding some soldiers to accompany them?"

Kagami glanced at them and smiled. "I think you guys also want to go to other worlds and get involved, right?" With the strength of his children, there was no danger in going to a parallel ninja world. Besides, he wanted them to gain some experience. "It's up to you," he waved his hand. "If you want to go, go find Shikaku to register. Now, leave." He then teleported away.

A few days later, more than a dozen of Kagami's children over the age of five arrived at the Space-Time Gate, fully armed, each with thirty guards behind them. After a few instructions from their father, they impatiently walked into the gate to begin their adventure.

"Old man, don't get too comfortable!" Dio, Aizen, and Kaido said with pride. "We will definitely build an empire more powerful than this one and come back to overthrow your rule!" Then, as Kagami's face grew darker, they hurriedly entered the gate.

Kagami sighed helplessly. What had he done to deserve such rebellious sons?
