Aboard the grandest royal flagship of the Kingdom of Fraus' mighty fleet...
"What a bold move by Victor Shaw! He's actually waiting for us here!"
King Ba Dodshina peered through a gilded spyglass at the distant Goa Empire fleet, a wicked grin stretching across his face.
"Minister of the Left, send in the Germa 66 mercenaries first! They're being paid let them earn it."
"Minister of the Right, have the Sasiba Kingdom's fleet move forward and cut off the Goa fleet's escape route!"
King Ba Dodshina's eyes gleamed with scheming malice. He planned to let Germa 66 and the Kingdom of Sasiba take the brunt of the fighting and wear down the Goa Empire's forces.
He was determined to be the one who emerged victorious in the end.
Vinsmoke Niji, that arrogant machine of a man, had refused to call in another one of Germa's strongest cyborgs even after Dodshina offered more money.
He really didn't know how to swallow his pride.
Still, if Niji managed to kill Victor Shaw, that would be ideal. If not…
Dodshina had long suspected that this so-called "King of Exile" wasn't someone to be underestimated.
He was genuinely a bit worried Niji might fail.
But even if Niji did fall, it would just drag all of Germa 66 down with him.
In the end, King Ba Dodshina was confident that he'd be the one laughing last.
Of course, if Niji did succeed in killing Victor Shaw, then everything would be wrapped up neatly.
And with the chaos settled, Dodshina could swoop in and conquer the territories of all four kingdoms.
In reality, the Kingdom of Fraus didn't even need to give the order the Germa 66th Legion had already taken the initiative to attack.
This was just a battle in the weakest of the four seas.
It'd be over in two hours, tops.
An easy paycheck.
"Hmph. So, where's this Victor Shaw guy?"
"You really think someone like him could be on par with my father? I'll split his skull wide open!"
Vinsmoke Niji's eyes were cold and merciless. To him, this war was nothing more than a game just another mission on the battlefield.
"Second Prince," said Smith, contacting him through the comms. "I've received intel that Victor Shaw wields the power of exile. Please proceed with caution."
"You trying to teach me how to do my job?"
"Get lost."
Niji, burning with fighting spirit, suddenly turned ice-cold. Without warning, he kicked the noisy subordinate beside him flying across the deck.
"No one survives a clash with Germa's strongest warrior!"
With a cold, confident sneer, Niji reached into his coat and pulled out a gleaming blue cylinder.
"Electric Blue Transformation!"
In a flash, he snapped the device into action, donning a gleaming, high-tech metallic combat suit. With crackling energy surging around him, Niji transformed into a fully armed super soldier.
"Wipe them out!"
He barked the order at the army of clone soldiers behind him emotionless and obedient and then launched himself into the sky, shooting straight toward the Goa Empire's fleet.
There was a good chance he could destroy the entire fleet single-handedly.
"Let's do this!"
Perched high on the main mast, Van Auger spotted the streak of electric blue hurtling toward them.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Without hesitation, Van Auger fired three precise shots from Senriku. All three bullets struck the target dead-on he saw it clearly.
But the figure in blue only staggered for half a breath… before continuing its relentless charge forward.
"What kind of battle suit is that?! What kind of body can take that kind of punishment? No wonder they call him the most terrifying weapon of the North Blue!"
Realizing his sniper rounds had failed to stop the advance, Van Auger's expression turned grim.
That meant even his most lethal technique was useless against this enhanced warrior.
"Try this Sonic Cannon!"
Adrago immediately unleashed his energy, building up power for a blast. His whole body hummed with pressure as he charged at the blue intruder.
Eric, too, prepared his most powerful wind blade, the sharpest gust he could muster.
"It's Niji! He really came!!"
The moment Sanji spotted that electric-blue silhouette, his eyes widened. In an instant, he was dragged back to memories of childhood torment. His hands began to tremble.
Niji may have changed, just like he had, but Sanji could never forget the cruelty, the cold eyes, and the ruthless fists of his brothers.
"Your Majesty, they're the strongest cyborgs from the Vinsmoke Family. Are you really confident you can stop them?"
"What if we retreated?" Sanji's voice wavered.
He wasn't just worried he was scared. He truly feared that Victor Shaw and all of his crew would be annihilated by Niji.
"Stay calm."
Victor Shaw spoke with quiet resolve just as Adrago's laser-charged sonic cannon exploded forward, blasting directly at Niji.
Niji, burning with fighting spirit, suddenly turned ice-cold. Without warning, he kicked the noisy subordinate beside him across the deck.
"No one survives an encounter with Germa's strongest warrior!"
With a cold, confident sneer, Niji reached into his coat and pulled out a gleaming blue cylinder.
"Electric Blue, transform!"
In a flash, he activated the device, summoning a high-tech, metallic combat suit. Energy crackled as it fused around his body Niji had become a fully armed super soldier.
"Wipe them out!"
He gave the command to his army of emotionless clone soldiers, then blasted into the sky, rocketing toward the Goa Empire's fleet.
He might just wipe out the entire fleet on his own.
"Let's go."
High atop the main mast, Van Auger spotted the electric-blue blur streaking toward them.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Without a moment's hesitation, Van Auger fired three precise shots from Senriku. Each bullet struck its mark he saw it with his own eyes.
But the figure in blue only flinched for half a second before surging forward once again.
"What kind of armor is that? What kind of body can take that kind of hit? No wonder they call him the most terrifying weapon of the North Blue."
His sniper attack had done nothing. Van Auger's expression darkened.
Even his strongest technique couldn't stop this thing.
"Sonic Cannon, fire!"
Adrago roared, surging with energy as he charged up a laser blast. His whole body buzzed with tension as he hurled himself at the incoming threat.
Eric, too, summoned his fiercest wind blade a slicing gust packed with power.
"It's Niji! He's really here!"
The moment Sanji saw the electric-blue figure, his eyes widened. Memories of childhood abuse flooded back in an instant. His hands began to tremble.
Niji might have grown up, just like him… but Sanji could never forget the cruelty, the cold eyes, or the fists of his brothers.
"Your Majesty, they're the most powerful cyborg weapons of the Vinsmoke Family. Are you sure you can take them on?"
"What if we fell back?" Sanji's voice trembled.
He wasn't just nervous he was scared. Deep down, he feared Victor Shaw and all of his comrades would fall at Niji's hands.
"Stay calm."
Victor Shaw's voice was calm, unwavering just as Adrago's laser-charged sonic cannon unleashed its full force, slamming into Niji.
The Left Minister, anticipating an easy win, had already sensibly passed a glass of champagne to King Ba Dodshina, ready to toast their victory.
Meanwhile, aboard the Goa Empire's fleet...
As Niji tore through Van Auger's sniper rounds, shrugged off Adrago's sonic cannon, and deflected Eric's cutting wind blade
Everyone aboard was on edge. Nervous eyes turned to Victor Shaw.
"Where's Victor Shaw? Come out and die already!"
"Forget it doesn't matter. We're wiping you all out anyway!"
Niji brushed aside the remaining attacks, his expression dripping with disdain. Sparks surged around his hands as he began building up a monstrous electric current, ready to obliterate the entire enemy fleet in a single, devastating blow.
Sizzle!
A storm of blue lightning crackled in Niji's palms, casting an eerie glow across the battlefield. The air trembled with destructive energy. Everyone froze in terror.
He's too powerful!
"Vinsmoke Niji," Victor Shaw said calmly, watching from the deck. "Enhanced bloodline factor. Reinforced exoskeleton. And a transformable combat suit. Impressive."
"But your arrogance... that's where you messed up."
Victor smiled faintly.
A shimmering field of energy began to expand from around him clear, weightless, but pulsing with authority.
"Goodbye, Niji."
"Domain: Exile."
Victor Shaw slowly lifted his hand and clenched his fist in Niji's direction.
In an instant, the storm of lightning vanished.
The glowing blue figure of Niji gone without a trace.
At that very moment, Sanji, who had been paralyzed with fear, and King Ba Dodshina, watching everything from afar, both froze.
Their eyes went wide. Their jaws dropped open.
