Chapter 125 - Chapter 119 : Sister? You're here too?"

Knock, knock, knock!

The knocking at the door grew louder and more insistent.

Outside, a gentle yet cautious voice called out softly,

"Brother Longxuan, are you still awake?"

Yuan Longxuan let out a slow breath.

He could already tell who it was.....the tone alone gave it away.

That was Shui Bing'er, captain of the Tianshui Team, known for her grace and quiet strength.

Under the bed, however, two women were already hiding.....Zhu Zhuyun and Xue Wu—both holding their breath in a scene that had somehow turned into a comedy of errors.

Yuan Longxuan's lips curved slightly. Things were… definitely getting a little beyond expectations.

Still, with an expression as calm as ever, he rose and walked to the door.

When he opened it, a familiar, gentle face came into view.

Shui Bing'er stood in the corridor, her long blue hair cascading over her shoulders, eyes reflecting the faint moonlight.

She wore a light blue nightgown, her delicate features flushed slightly, her hands fidgeting at her sides.

Her lips parted, but she hesitated for a moment before speaking.

"Brother Longxuan, I… couldn't sleep. I was cultivating, but my spirit power feels unstable lately. I was wondering if you could take a look at it for me."

Her voice was soft, careful, yet tinged with a kind of quiet sincerity.

Yuan Longxuan smiled lightly.

"Of course. Come in."

She stepped into the room, the faint scent of frost and lotus drifting around her.

The moment she entered, the tension under the bed doubled.....Xue Wu's heart thumped wildly while Zhu Zhuyun silently rolled her eyes.

This little girl too?

Shui Bing'er, oblivious to the chaos hidden just a few feet below, stood before Yuan Longxuan with slightly flushed cheeks.

"I… I don't want to bother you, Brother Longxuan, but…"

"You're not bothering me," Yuan Longxuan interrupted gently. "Sit down."

He gestured toward the bed. Shui Bing'er hesitated briefly, then sat on the edge, her posture proper and cautious.

Yuan Longxuan sat beside her, extending his hand to rest lightly on her back.

His spirit energy flowed out, circulating through her meridians.

A faint blue light flickered across her body as he guided her turbulent spirit power into balance.

The process itself was harmless, but the atmosphere—well, that was another matter.

Under the bed, Zhu Zhuyun could barely hold in her laughter.

Of course, this man's charm even works while "cultivating."

Meanwhile, Xue Wu looked ready to explode. She wanted to say something.....anything—but Zhu Zhuyun's hand was still clamped over her mouth.

Above them, Shui Bing'er shivered slightly as the soothing warmth of Yuan Longxuan's energy flowed through her.

"Brother Longxuan… your spirit power feels so gentle," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. "It's warm… and calm."

Yuan Longxuan smiled faintly.

Relax. Don't resist. Let it circulate naturally."

Her eyes fluttered closed, her breathing slowing as the balance in her meridians stabilized.

Minutes passed.

When Yuan Longxuan finally withdrew his hand, Shui Bing'er slowly opened her eyes.

The faint instability in her aura had vanished completely.

"How do you feel?" he asked.

"Much better," she said softly, lowering her head. "Thank you, Brother Longxuan. I… I really don't know how to repay you."

"Then just rest well," Yuan Longxuan said with a smile. "That's repayment enough."

Her heart skipped a beat.

She hesitated.....then before she could stop herself, she reached out and lightly held onto his sleeve.

"Brother Longxuan… may I stay here for a little while?"

The moment those words left her lips, both Zhu Zhuyun and Xue Wu stiffened under the bed.

This was turning into a full house.

Yuan Longxuan sighed inwardly. He was about to answer when.....

Knock knock!

Another round of knocking echoed through the room.

All three of them froze.

"Brother Longxuan?"

This voice was crisp, bright, and brimming with confidence. It belonged to Shui Yue'er, Shui Bing'er's younger sister.

Yuan Longxuan felt a faint headache coming on. He looked toward the door helplessly.

"Just a moment," he called out.

Shui Bing'er's face turned crimson.

"My sister?! Oh no—what if she misunderstands?"

Yuan Longxuan chuckled softly.

"She won't. Just stay calm."

He stood up and opened the door.

Shui Yue'er stood there, barefoot, wearing a short silk robe that shimmered faintly under the moonlight.

Her playful smile faltered the moment she saw Shui Bing'er sitting on the bed.

"Sister? You're here too?"

"Y-Yue'er! Why aren't you asleep?" Shui Bing'er stammered, trying to appear composed.

"I came because you weren't in your room," Shui Yue'er said, tilting her head with mock suspicion. "I thought maybe you were with Brother Longxuan again…"

She caught herself halfway through, blushed, and quickly changed the subject.

"Ahem! I mean—training!"

Yuan Longxuan sighed inwardly. Things were spiraling out of hand.

Three under the bed, two sitting on it—if anyone else showed up, he'd need another house.

"Since you're both here," he said dryly, "how about we all just meditate together? That way no one gets the wrong idea."

Shui Yue'er blinked, then grinned.

"Meditate? Sure, Brother Longxuan. I'd love that."

The sisters exchanged glances, cheeks pink, but both nodded obediently.

And so, the three of them sat cross-legged, cultivating in silence.

Meanwhile, beneath the bed, Xue Wu and Zhu Zhuyun stared at each other in disbelief.

Zhu Zhuyun whispered,

If another one comes, I'm digging through the floor."

Xue Wu could only nod vigorously.

Outside, the moon hung high in the night sky, its light spilling through the window like silver mist.

Inside the small room, the air was thick with energy, warmth… and a faint, lingering awkwardness.

For Yuan Longxuan, this night would certainly be one to remember—

because at this point, there truly was no more room left to hide anyone else.
