Tier 0 – Human

Description: Regular human physiology, no superpowers. Even peak-athlete levels are within normal human limits.

Examples: Hawkeye (purely human version), Shang-Chi (MCU level), Nick Fury.

Tier 1 – Enhanced Human

Description: Peak human+ performance due to drugs, technology, or bio-enhancements.

Examples: Captain America (Super-Soldier Serum), Black Widow, Punisher with advanced gear.

Tier 2 – Low-Level Superhuman

Description: Superhuman abilities affecting small groups or environments; low-tier mutants and meta-humans.

Examples: Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Black Panther with full gear, Kate Bishop (enhanced training).

Tier 3 – Mid Superhuman (Street-to-City Level)

Description: Capable of overpowering multiple enhanced beings at once, destructive feats capable of damaging city blocks.

Examples: Spider-Man, Daredevil (with peak performance), Iron Fist, Elektra (enhanced variation).

Tier 4 – High Superhuman (City-to-Regional Level)

Description: Can defeat small armies, withstand heavy firepower, and cause city-wide damage.

Examples: Colossus, Venom (Eddie Brock), Cage's upper feats, Cyclops (max output).

Tier 5 – Global Threat

Description: Threat to multiple major cities or the planet's functioning ecosystem.

Examples: Storm (full potential with weather control), Magneto, Namor (full force against the surface), Scarlet Witch (pre-House of M level).

Tier 6 – Planetary

Description: Capable of destroying or completely altering a planet. Includes large-scale telepaths and elemental beings.

Examples: Gladiator (Shi'ar), Beta Ray Bill, Captain Marvel (Binary form).

**Tier 7 – Multi-Planetary

Description: Capable of affecting or moving through multiple planets without aid; able to destroy planetary systems.

Examples: Silver Surfer, Adam Warlock, Ego the Living Planet.

Tier 8 – Single-Universe Level

Description: Power spans or affects an entire singular universe—can re-shape or control reality across space, time, and matter within one complete universe.

Examples: Odin at full power, Dormammu in his own dimension, Galactus (well-fed).

Tier 9 – Multi-Universal

Description: Can influence or destroy multiple distinct universes; operates beyond the constraints of a single continuum.

Examples: Eternity, Franklin Richards (adult), Beyonder (weakened 1980s retcons).

Tier 10 – Super-Multiversal

Description: Operates across countless universes, including parallel timelines and alternate realities, without limitation.

Examples: Pre-Retcon Beyonder, Molecule Man (post-power boost), True Full Phoenix Force.

Tier 11 – High-Dimensional/Trans-Universal

Description: Not bound by conventional time-space; capable of erasing, rewriting, or existing outside of all lower-dimensional realities at once.

Examples: The Living Tribunal, Classic Infinity Gauntlet Thanos.

Tier 12 – Abstract Conceptual

Description: Beings that are fundamental forces of existence: Love, Death, Time, Chaos, Order. Cannot truly be killed—non-physical essence persists.

Examples: Mistress Death, Lord Chaos, Master Order, Infinity.

Tier 13 – Boundless (Omniversal/Everything-Existence)

Description: Exist beyond the totality of all multiverses, higher dimensions, and conceptual entities; represent absolute supremacy.

Examples: The One-Above-All (Marvel's God), The Fulcrum.
