Shisui guarded the area around Sakura like an impenetrable fortress. Meanwhile, Guy, who had already taken down several opponents, had now opened the Sixth Gate of the Eight Gates. "Water Release: Water Encampment Wall!"
With no way to dodge, their only choice was to block. Several ninja simultaneously formed hand seals. A stream of water spewed from their mouths, forming a wall-like barrier midair that shielded everyone beneath it.
The flaming shockwaves continuously slammed against the water wall. Although the barrier shook violently, seemingly on the verge of collapsing, it completely resisted the onslaught from Morning Peacock.
"Heh... Heh... Even with the Sixth Gate of the Eight Gates, they're still standing? That's going to be a problem!"
As Guy landed on the ground, panting heavily, he realized his younger self lacked the strength he would eventually attain. Using the Sixth Gate of the Eight Gates once already left his body struggling under the strain.

Guy's eyes burned with fierce determination. The biggest drawback of [Eight Gates] was the damage it inflicted upon himself, but with the Rune Sakura gave him, there was absolutely nothing to fear. Before the Root ninja could finish speaking, Guy's body was already wreathed in violent blue chakra flames. In an instant, he appeared in the center of them all. The raging chakra surrounding Guy and the sweat evaporating into visible blue vapor created immense pressure upon his enemies.
