Chapter 59 - Chapter 58 : Big Misunderstanding and Hardship

"Hey, fat fish, are you even listening to us?" the Dragon God sneered, her violet eyes glaring down at the colossal Leviathan.

Leviatharion's rage made the seas boil, his roars tearing through the clouds like the sound of worlds collapsing. But before his fury could strike again, two voices rose against him.

"Brother, stop!" Leviathenor, the Guardian of the Snake Continent, called out firmly, his deep blue eyes shining with calm authority. "This entire rampage—this bloodshed—it's all because you thought our sister was gone forever. But she's right here."

Leviathiel stepped forward, her dark-blue hair shimmering under the stormlight. She pressed a hand to her chest, voice trembling with sorrow.

"Brother… I was only sleeping. A deep slumber after exhausting my magic. You saw the stains on my body and thought I was… dead. You buried me with your own hands." Her voice broke, tears welling. "When I awoke a century later, beneath the soil, I clawed my way out, searching for you. But you were gone. And brother Leviathenor—" she looked at her elder sibling, "—was trapped in deep sleep, sealed by his divine duties. I wandered alone, searching, believing both of you had left me behind…"

The battlefield fell silent except for Leviatharion's guttural breathing. The massive guardian lowered his head, his anger cracking into despair. "All this destruction… all these deaths… because of my mistake?" His voice shook the skies.

Leviathenor touched his brother's massive scales. "Yes, brother. A misunderstanding… but one that nearly destroyed the world. Now, stop carrying that grief alone."

Leviathiel smiled faintly, though her tears glistened. "We're together again. Isn't that enough?"

Meanwhile, far above the shattered battlefield, the Bakunawa family gathered.

"Mother, you should have searched harder for us," Aireth Nai said bitterly, his ethereal aura flickering with restrained guilt. "Your eyes can pierce galaxies. If you tried, you could've found us."

Naris Nia lowered her crimson gaze. "I searched, Aireth. For centuries, I scoured star systems until my wings bled. But when your light vanished into that void, I thought… I thought I had lost you forever."

Arisel Nawa, the youngest, crossed his arms, though his voice cracked with emotion. "Brother Aireth pushed too hard. He wanted us to move faster, to blaze past the palace gates like comets. But his magic spiraled out of control. That's how the black hole formed. We were dragged away—together."

Aaron Noah nodded solemnly. "And yet, Mother… we survived. We trained. We grew stronger, all because Olivier—the Celestial Being—and her companions found us. They taught us, guided us, until we could stand again."

Naris Nia pulled her sons close, tears streaming down her pale cheeks. "Then forgive me… forgive me for not being there. For not saving you."

"Mother…" Aireth softened, placing a hand over hers. "We missed you too. And even if it was my fault—we're here now. That's enough."

All around, gods and mortals alike whispered, stunned at the sight of ancient calamities crying like families torn apart. But not everyone shared in the reunion.

Far away, Aizen collapsed, his vision fading. Only 1% of his magic remained, his body trembling with exhaustion. His soldiers rushed to him, carrying their lord back toward the palace.

And from the shadows, unseen, the First Black Lion followed silently. Her golden eyes gleamed with pride and worry. Though she could enter his dreams, guiding his will, she still did not know the place he called home.

For now, she could only watch.
